Festive Travels Sdn Bhd is a 100% Bumiputra owned Company. At the

beginning, it was registered under the name of KBI Travels and Tours Sdn Bhd in 1991 and only
concentrates on Travels and Tours includes ticketing, inbound, outbound, hotel reservations and
other arrangements

In 1999, the company was renamed to Assadah Travels and Tourism Sdn Bhd. During this
period, the company expanded the business with additional services including Umrah as well as
provides travel packages for Government Agencies. We obtained Malaysian Tourism
Development Corporation license during these years.

As of now our Registered Address at Kampung Baru (Kuala Lumpur) and arrival hall of Kuala
Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) with our Corporate office in Bayan Baru Penang.

Mr Abdul Rased has been involved in Logistics Business that he joined with Mr Haji
Mohammed Abdullah. The company was established in 2002 at Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam and
the new premises is located at Kota Tinggi, Klang.
