PREM MOTORS PVT. LTD., GUNA (M.P.) - The Company has the honor of being associated with
various automobile houses as their authorized dealers. Other than being Maruti Suzukis top Royal Platinum Dealer
in India with its dealerships at Gwalior, Guna, Jaipur, Agra, and various e-outlets, Prem Motors is also an authorized
dealer for Piaggio, Suzuki and Yamaha. The transport venture was started in 2011 based out of Gurgaon possessing
a fleet of 81 trailers.

GENERAL MANAGER (ADMINISTRATION AND SALES) 2006 till present

Designation History: Joined the company as Asst. General Manager (Sales) handling overall
responsibility in absence of other managers. Promoted as being General Manger (Sales) in 2007;
further promoted General Manager (Administration and Sales) in 2009.

development for a large volume of sales and all other concerning e-outlets and service revenues.
Define and implement all long-term and short-term objectives; oversee and control daily operations,

TANTIA AUTOMOBILES, GUNA (M.P.) Incorporated Business in partnership form of business as Sub-
Dealer of (ENTER NAME) of TVS-SUZUKI Ltd. at the age of 28 in 1990 gradually turned into a full-fledged
authorized dealer and workshop of Kinetic Engineering Ltd. in 1993, sold the stake to rest of the partners due some
urgent fund requirement due to some uncertain personal family related contingency in 1998.

Owned and operated the towns first ever successful automobile dealership, still recognized and
appreciated by the customers. Hired and trained entire staff from laborers, mechanics to accountant;
