PREM MOTORS PVT. LTD., GUNA (M.P.) - The Company has the honor of being associated with
various automobile houses as their authorized dealers. Other than being Maruti Suzukis top Royal Platinum Dealer
in India with its dealerships at Gwalior, Guna, Jaipur, Agra, and various e-outlets, Prem Motors is also an authorized
dealer for Piaggio, Suzuki and Yamaha. The transport venture was started in 2011 based out of Gurgaon possessing
a fleet of 81 trailers.
Designation History: Joined the company as Asst. General Manager (Sales) handling overall
responsibility in absence of other managers. Promoted as being General Manger (Sales) in 2007;
further promoted General Manager (Administration and Sales) in 2009.

Directly responsible for overall profitability, sales, service and territorial expansion and business
development for a large volume of sales and all other concerning e-outlets and service revenues.
Define and implement all long-term and short-term objectives; oversee and control daily operations,
policy implementation, Advertising/Promotions and Strategic Directions. Set and administer budgets;
initiate cost control to insure profitability even at then very ground levels to ensure profitability.
Recruit, hire, develop and motivate staff of more than 70 including key management and support
personnels for sales, finance and insurance, True Value, service, parts and body shop departments;
evaluate overall and individual performance, and device and implement proactive management
training processes. Establish departmental goals with central management team, which are based on
exceeding the expectations of customers through continuously improving service quality and sales
expansion. Provide an environment of mutual trust, respect and demanding and developing the
highest ethical standards as well as familial support from staff and central management.
Recruited to manage the sales of newly incorporated dealership in sub-urban area that had been
running under annual loss situation, reduced losses and turned the dealership into a profit generating
organization.
Successful in hiring, motivating and retaining quality personnel by creating a positive work

responsibility of sale of Escort/ Powertrac/ Farmtrac Tractors.
Responsible for overall sales, finance and recovery and workshop management of the dealership in
the region.
