WHEREAS, SINDANGAN BLACK HAWK SECURITY AND DETECTIVE SERVICES,

INC. (the Corporation) is a corporation created and existing by virtue of the law of the Republic
of the Philippines duly registered with the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC), engaged
in providing security services in the Philippines with principal place of business at Guisokan,
Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte;

WHEREAS, in the minutes of meeting dated March 7, 2017, 2017, at the principal office
of the corporation, where a quorum is present, resolved the following, that:

RESOLVED, as it hereby finally resolved that the name of the corporation be changed
and amended from SINDANGAN BLACK HAWK SECURITY AND DETECTIVE SERVICES,
INC. to SINDANGAN BLACK HAWK SECURITY AGENCY, INC.

It is hereby certify by the undersigned that the foregoing resolution was duly passed by
the Board of Directors of the Corporation, in accordance with the By-Laws governing the
Corporation, and that said resolution is in full force and effect.

DONE, this 7th day of March 2017 in Guisokan, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte,
