NOTES:
Continue to focus on the budget process for schools. Budgeting money correctly is vital to the job and one must always be a student of this
practice. The shift from being an observer providing feedback to an evaluator is hard to make. It can be very difficult to see imperfections
and want to fix them but have to score the teacher first and then begin professional development to improve their craft.
