Objective:
Obtain a full-time ministry opportunity to reach youth and adults with the Gospel of Jesus Christ
through prayer and creative outreach. After reaching them, train them to duplicate the process and
setup opportunities for them to do so.

Personal:
I am a happily married, softball crazed, father of two. My wife Dawn and I came to know the Lord in
1997 and have served Him ever since. We have been blessed with two
amazing children, our daughter Alexis (11) and our son Elijah (8).

Philosophy of Ministry:
Simply, reach the lost at all cost. The command, “Go and make disciples”
has changed my entire life. Jesus tells us in Mathew 28:19 to "Go and make
disciples..." and Paul tells us in 1 Corinthians 9:22 that he did this by all
possible means. I believe this means to do what ever I
need to do in order to bring someone to a saving
knowledge of Jesus Christ. Taking the time to love the unlovable, hang out
with the undesirable, and reach the seemingly unreachable…
Jesus came to serve and not to be served (Mark 10:45). I will cook, clean,
sweep floors, bus tables, pass out batteries, and whatever else is necessary
to see people come to know Jesus…

Also, intense outreach is essential, athletic programs, arts and drama teams,
and family events are just a few ways to create an opportunity to build
meaningful relationships. Jesus was relational and I believe that in order to
reach the lost, we must be relational. I also believe that we must be willing to
GO. Waiting on the students to come to us, may never give them an
opportunity to know Jesus. Once these relationships have been formed,
discipleship is key, media driven curriculum and exciting youth class time is the next step to
“teaching them” to obey.

Ministry Experience:
Executive Pastor January 2009- Present.
 Leading the Capital Fundraising Campaign and Building team
 Leading Church Communication Team: Weekly Bulletins, Newsletter, Website, and Info Email
 Leadership of Marketing and Advertising: Billboards, Newspaper, Magazine, and Radio

 Teach regularly; preach occasionally; perform weddings, baptisms and communion

(security, ticket booths, prayer teams, and backstage), and follow up after
the event

Outreach and Assimilation Coordinator 2003-2006

 Developed programs for outreach such as passing out batteries for smoke detectors to 300+
homes in the economically depressed church neighborhood
 Developed Assimilation process including visitor gift bags, phone calls to all visitors, basic
Bible study classes for new converts, and offer ministry opportunities to everyone
 Developed team of Adults to accomplish the ministry needs of Assimilation and Outreach
