MY FAVORITE FOOD
My favorite food is the baked chicken. // I like it because it reminds me of my mother.
She cooked it and it was delicious. // Its ingredients are rice, chicken, spices, oil and
wine.

Mi comida favorita es el pollo al horno. // Me gusta porque me recuerda a mi madre.

Ella lo cocinaba y era delicioso. // Sus ingredientes, son arroz, pollo, espas, aceite y
vino.

The food that I do not like are the grains like the beans and their knocked down. /// I do
not like them because they have a disgusting taste for my opinion
La comida que no me gusta son los granos como las Habas porotos y sus
derribados.// no me gustan porque tienen un sabor asqueroso para mi parecer.

I have little experience in cooking. I cook a fried egg or a lot of rice with egg.

I wash the rice

Tengo poca experiencia en cocinar. Yo cocino un huevo frito o a lo mucho un arroz con

My favorite place to eat in Cuenca is the traditional restaurant called Zircus.// I like it
because it has many options, such as chicken wings in different sauces, their desserts
are fabulous like the volcano, cappuccinos, and their wines. They are reasonable, the
attentions are very good and the environment is great as for a romantic date, business
or simple pleasure.

Mi lugar favorito para comer en Cuenca es el restaurante tradicional llamado Zircus.//

me gusta porque tiene muchas opciones, como por ejemplo alitas de pollo en
diferentes salsas, sus postres son fabulosos como el volcn, capuchinos, y sus vinos.//
precios son razonables, las atenciones es muy bueno y el medio ambiente es genial
como para una cita romntica, negocio o simple placer.

I would recommend to foreigners two special dishers are from the costa regin: ceviche
de camaron ( shrimp, lemon, tomato, onion) hot sauce if you want. And another from
the mountain regin: mote pillo (corn, milk, eggs, cheese, onion)

mountainous region: cuy (cuy, potatoes, egg, rice, mote)

Yo recomendara a los extranjeros dos platos especiales que son de la regin costa:
camarones apanados (camarones, limn, arroz, patacones) y una coca cola. Y otro de
la regin montaosa: cuy (cuy, papas, huevo, arroz, mote)
