Obiective generale
Cursul i propune s ofere studenilor posibilitatea de a aprofunda cunoaterea cu privire la comportamentul
organizaional la nivel de individ, grup i organizaie. Cursul este n aa fel construit nct s permit cursanilor
identificarea factorilor explicativi pentru comportamente i atitudini intra-organizaionale precum: performana,
absenteismul, prsirea organizaiei (turnover) i satisfacia cu privire la locul de munc. De asemenea, cursul
vizeaz transmiterea de informaii teoretice cu privire la fenomene organizaionale precum: acumularea de putere,
modalitatea de a lua decizii de munc individual i n grup, strategii motivaionale, dezvoltarea legturilor de
comunicare n munc, conflict i negociere. n felul acesta, se urmrete pregtirea cursanilor pentru a face fa
provocrilor vieii de munc i a gestiona evenimentele organizaionale aparent neateptate. Competenele
profesionale fundamentale transmise prin ntlnirile de curs sunt ntrite prin aplicaii i studii de caz, care vor fi
tratate preponderent n cadrul ntlnirilor de seminar. n felul acesta, se ateapt dezvoltarea aptitudinilor i
abilitilor de relaionare intra-organizaional i managerial.

Obiective Specifice
Cursul i propune:

s descrie principalele studii/cercetri centrate pe comportamentul organizaional i s permit identificarea


modalitilor specifice prin care rezultatele acestora pot fi aplicate n mediile de munc;

s permit nelegerea modului n care instrumentele i conceptele din aria de studiu a comportamentului
organizaional pot fi aplicate la nivel individual, de grup i organizaional pentru a crete performana;

s identifice subiecte i probleme de cercetare de actualitate pentru mediul organizaional romnesc i de


interes pentru abordarea acestora n cadrul lucrrilor de licen sau n articole de cercetare tiinific;

s extind nelegerea cu privire la etica comportamentelor individuale i la responsabilitile diferitelor


grupuri din cadrul organizaiilor;

s permit contientizarea i utilitatea creterii sensibilitii manageriale fa de probleme ce implic


diversitatea etnic i cultural;

s creasc gradul de nelegere cu privire la elementele procesului decizional individual i de grup;

s faciliteze dezvoltarea de abiliti de negociere i de construcie de strategii politice n mediile


organizaionale;

s creasc gradul de cunoatere cu privire la principalele elemente ale managementului resurselor umane;

s extind cunoaterea cu privire la impactul i implicaiile legturilor de munc pozitive i negative asupra
performanelor individuale, departamentale i organizaionale;

s creasc nivelul de contientizare cu privire la responsabilitatea etic a cercettorilor care furnizeaz


expertiz tiinific i soluii de dezvoltare beneficiarilor organizaionali.

Evaluare i notare
Evaluarea cunotinelor studenilor se realizeaz prin intermediul unui examen scris. Examenul are o durata de 45
de minute si consta intr-un test care contine 20 de intrebari inchise (cu una sau mai multe variante de raspuns
corecte) si o singura intrebare deschisa. Nota obtinuta la examenul scris are o pondere de 60% din nota finala.

Studenii care n timpul semestrului au demonstrat un nivel nalt de participare activ la ntlnirile de curs i
seminar i care, prin interveniile lor, au demonstrat c au parcurs bibliografia aferent fiecrei teme, au
posibilitatea de a obine bonusuri. Acest bonusuri se mpart n dou categorii: a) bonusuri care permit studenilor
s obin nota 10 la finalul semestrului, fr a mai susine examenul scris. b) bonusuri de tip voucher nominal (de 8
i 6 puncte). Studenii care obin voucherele nominale trebuie s participe la examenul scris. Voucherele nominale
se activeaz doar n situaia n care: studenii respectivi au obinut jumtate din punctajul teoretic posibil la
examenul scris (i.e. 5/10) i la evaluarea de seminar, si au cel putin jumatate din prezentele de curs si seminar.

Nota la seminar se obine avnd n vedere numrul de prezene i participarea activ (e.g. implicare n cadrul
discuiilor i aplicaiilor, prezentarea unui articol de specialitate etc.).

Nota final se obine n felul urmtor: 60% not examen scris + 30% not seminar + 10% pentru activitati asociate
intalnirilor de curs si seminar.

Reguli de participare
ntlnirile de curs se vor desfura sub forma unor prelegeri susinute de suport video (i.e. prezentri n format
power-point i prezi i filmulee de scurt durat). Studenii sunt invitai s participe activ n timpul prelegerilor.
Acetia au posibilitatea de a oferi rspunsuri i puncte de vedere personale cu privire la diverse ntrebri i
probleme lansate la fiecare prelegere. ntlnirile de seminar sunt n aa fel structurate nct s ofere studenilor
posibilitatea de a nelege modalitatea de aplicare a conceptelor transmise n cadrul ntlnirilor de curs.

n vederea facilitrii accesului la informaiile relevante cu privire la coninutul activitilor de curs i seminar i cu
privire la modalitatea de evaluare, disciplina Comportament organizaional are o pagin web special creat (i.e.
https://sites.google.com/site/orghive/cursuri/comportament-organizational). Aceast pagin conine informaii
cu privire la: syllabus, resurse academice, modalitatea de evaluare etc. n vederea centrrii nvrii i predrii pe

student, inainte de ultima intalnire de curs, studenii au posibilitatea a completa un chestionar de evaluare a
prestaiei titularului de curs si de seminar. Acest chestionar este diseminat on-line, pe pagina de web a disciplinei.
Chestionarul conine o seciune de observaii i comentarii, unde studenii pot oferi, n timp real, feedback cu
privire la aspectele ce in de curs.

Pentru a putea participa la ntlnirile de curs, studenii trebuie s dein noiuni de baz de sociologie general,
sociologia organizaiilor, metode i tehnici de cercetare sociologic i, de asemenea, s cunoasc limba englez cel
puin la nivel de nceptori. Aceste cunotine pre-rechizite le ofer posibilitatea de a parcurge mult mai uor
tematica i bibliografia aferente acestei discipline.
