TESTING

Testing of any device and project is one of the most important

aspect for any project. Sometime the time given to this process is
much bigger so that there is no any drawbacks in it qualitative as
well as physical aspects. For any device it is very important that
beyond their physical appearance, qualitative aspect,
maintenance aspect and overall phenomenon should be correctly
in desired way. Mainly testing aspect can be divided into two
subparts carried out by professional team and other by the group
of specified user or consumers and from their feedback, these
things are implemented to make the device more precise.

COMPONENT TESTING
In this process we have to check all the components
separately by many ways. Firstly we have to determine the
qualitative aspect of each individual components as well as their
physical structure and their appearance, working ability
separately. Then we have to test the role of each individual
component and it working in the way designer desired or not.
Then we can test components by adding another component with
it so that it can work with another component combinable in
desired way or not. We can also test combining three or more
component by escaping one or more component so that they can
individually perform in determined way or not. These are the
basic steps towards testing components. In this step we can think
about more alternatives and option of each component and
evaluate each component on the basis of their cost, working
ability, structures, qualitative aspect and many more. In this step
we can know exactly what is the best component choice for us to
make project.
Raspberry pi- we have to test firstly the sd cart installed in it
and all other cable properly working or not so that the OS is
installed in it so that GUI interface can be run for our purpose.
Internet connection- the internet connection can be tested by
plugging Ethernet jack in raspberry pi by providing ping
command.
Pressure sensor- pressure sensor can be individually tested by
means of raspberry pi connection so that it gives correct data or
no.
LED- LED can be tested individually by means of breadboard with
power connection.
MOTION DETECTOR- Motion detector can also be tested by
connecting it with raspberry pi and breadboard.
RESISTORS- Resistors can be checked with the help of
MultiMeter.
DISPLAY DEVICE- display device can be individually tested by
connecting it with your desktop or laptop.

INTEGRATION TESTING
In this step we have to test the whole device working ability and
phenomenon so that it is working in desired way or not. In this
step we can test our device in two ways firstly, by means of its
physical aspect and its component assembling aspect to know
this device components are accurately assembled or not and this
devices components really fits the criteria and all individual
components when working together can be able to define the
users desire or not. In this step we can also think about its
physical structure like appearance, weight, portability and many
more things. Because with its working ability it is also important
that it should have attractive appearance and less size so that it
can be carried by user in a simple manner and it should be
portable in desired place with ease.
 Raspberry pi and internet connection can be
tested together so that internet is working on our raspberry pi
model or not. In the same way we can test pressure sensor and
display device together to check whether pressure change is
displayed in display unit or not. In the same way motion detector
and display device can be tested simultaneously with counter that
the distance and speed can be showed on display device or not
and in the same manner we can test all the components by
combining two or more than two components simultaneously.
Another aspect of Integrating testing we
test that all the components combine together can produce
designers and users desire or not. For this purpose we can test
the device by a group of people and designer for their feedback
so it can fulfill their requirement or not. In this step device is
finally tested to every aspect of users need for this this device is
made and also we have to determine all the qualitative aspect of
the project.
