Clearances and Confirmations
You need confirmation emails from everyone that is featuring in your music video. Please
screenshot these emails including the dates and times they are agreeing to paste them
below.
What are your plans for if something goes wrong? What back up actors, locations and
equipment do you have?
Actors If Kerry and Kieran are unavailable to film I have found another two people who
will be available to help me. Shown before, I have emailed the back-up actors too to make
sure that they are aware of when they have to film and what they will need to do. Filming
with them on Tuesday 23rd and Wednesday 24th will probably be too short notice so I have
scheduled re-shooting into my production plan on Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th. Both of
my back-up actors live closer to me than my original actors too so this will save time on the
Saturday.
Production Schedule
Below is the prodiction schedule I will use if my filming goes wrong and I am unable to start
editing as quickly as I would have liked.
Equipment/Props I already have all the filming equipment I need to be able to produce
my music video, therefore I am will not need to hire any equipment. However, if for some
reason my camera or tripod breaks before I start filming I have asked my main actor Kieran
to lend me his tripod and the college would be able to lend me a camera. For the props, I
can easily buy flowers from one of the three supermarkets I have in my town and we
already have a bed, a sofa, a vase for the flowers and I can use my personal laptop too. I will
definitely not need to find any alternatives for the props.
