The ethical problems of a business manager can affect both those who work with him
and himself.The main ethical problems of the business administrator are: abuse of
power, accept money or gifts, reveal confidential business information, trust abuse,lack
of commitment and dedication, change actual values of the company's financial
statements, concealment
Abuse of power.- Use your high job to minimize or favor certain people.
Accept money or gifts.-Offer jobs within the company in exchange for money or
gifts
Reveal confidential business information.- To disclose information to persons
who do not belong to the company, such as the competition
Trust abuse.-Taking material from the institution for personal use or making
improper use of the resources available therein.
Lack of commitment and dedication.-Happens when the worker does not feel
identified with the company or does not know the importance of his job within
the company
Change actual values of the company's financial statements.- Change the actual
values of the financial statements to impair or favor the company
Concealment.- To silence certain acts improper of other workers by reason of
friendship or fear.

The abuse of power is an extreme fault against ethics, so we must eliminate that
behavior of companies.

Receiving money or gifts is an unethical behavior within the company many do in

exchange for favors like:

Offer a job
Salary increase
Promotions

This behavior should not exist in the company, since each person should get any benefit
of their own merits
