The hotel will have a total of 162 bedrooms composed of the following units.

Superior King Room: This room sits on a 28 m2 and will incorporate a king size bed with
all the required amenities and complementary services available. In addition, the proposed
room type will have two rooms to accommodate any guests with visual and mobility
impairment.
Superior Twin Room: This room sits on a 28 m2 and will incorporate twin queen single
size beds with all the required amenities and complimentary services available.
Deluxe Suite Room: This room sits on a 56 m2 with a salon and a bedroom with king size
bed and will incorporate all the necessary amenities and complementary services available.
All the rooms will feature amenities required in any hotel room including safe box, high speed
internet accessories, and kitchenette accessories including coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave
and state-of-the art security protocols.
Bar
The hotel is designed to have lobby bar and cocktail lounge with 60 and 50 seat capacity, respectively.
Its total capacity is estimated to be 110 persons at a time.
A Lobby bar is a room or establishment where alcoholic drinks are served over a counter;
A Cocktail lounge is an establishment or a room in an establishment, as in a hotel or
restaurant, where cocktails are served.
Cafe
The caf will have 50seat capacity at a time. All day serving caf those are mainly of hot and
cold drinks, pastry and bakery.
c) Conference rooms
The hotel has six conference/meeting rooms and one ball room. The meeting halls are planned to
accommodate and serve multiple purposes. The hotel has various options to use available rooms such
as for conventions, training, workshops and other gatherings.
f) Business Center
About 7 rooms will be designated for business center function in the Ground
Floor with the following sizes:
