ARROZ CHAUFA

INGREDIENTS

1kg. rice.
250 gr. Chicken fillet and / or 250 gr. beef or
pork and / or 3 sausage (hot dog).
2 eggs.
100 gr. of Chinese onion cut into small
pieces.
1 small red pepper, cut into strips.
2 tablespoons ginger (ginger) grated.
Soy sauce or soy sauce to taste.
Vegetable oil.
A pinch of salt.
Aji no moto to taste (MSG).

PREPARATIN:

1. You must prepare the rice with less salt than usual, and if you prefer you can also make rice without salt. The
reason ?: soy sauce or soy sauce brings salt to prepared, so that by joining the rice may give rise to the chaufa
resulting salty. You have to be careful with that.
2. Beat the two eggs and fry in a little oil. A resulting tortilla tortilla or cut into small pieces (can be 2 cm).
3. Separately cook steak and chicken when cooked cut it into 2 cm cubes.
4. If you are going to use beef or pork (for example, you could put 100 gr. Of bacon, sold at any winery), you also
cut into 2 cm cubes and fry in hot oil.
5. If you are going to use instead of chicken sausages or meat (or in addition to), you must cut them into slices or
small pieces and fry in hot oil.
6. With the above we ready inputs to the mix: the cooked rice, tortilla chips egg, cooked chicken cubes, cubes of
fried beef or pork, and fried sausage slices.
7. In a pan put one or two tablespoons of oil and fry the ginger (ginger) grated. Normally we use vegetable oil
because it is what exists in every kitchen, but some foodies used sesame oil that gives the dish that oriental
touch we long for chifas.
8. We incorporate the red pepper into strips and bits of Chinese onion, leaving cook briefly.
9. We add 10 tablespoons soy sauce or soy sauce and a pinch of ajinomoto if desired.
10. It's time to add the pieces of omelet and meats that have prepared (cooked chicken, beef, pork meat, fried
sausage, a taste of each). For purposes of our tutorial we made the dish with all meats, but remember that the
fried rice is an adaptable dish to the possibilities of each family: it can be done only with omelet, only with
sausage, only chicken pieces only with pieces of meat, or any combination thereof.
11. Finally add the cooked rice. Mix everything. If the mixture is too dry add a little boiling water (or chicken broth),
if there are very pale or white areas we put a little soy sauce and mix.

12. With that we have prepared our fried rice with a homemade touch that will make us proud to have been able to
prepare a dish of Peruvian-Chinese cuisine and the happiness of ours. At this point we can only serve our
preparation and enjoy it.
