TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You, the user, are licensed to use one copy of the Astro-Vision LifeSign software
on a single computer. License is valid for one year from the date of purchase and
can be renewed annually by paying the prescribed fees for upgradation.

The Astro-Vision LifeSign software shall be installed and used strictly according
to the instructions given in the User Manual. Please take special note of the
hardware and operating system specifcations and copy protection scheme.

You are not allowed to copy or distribute the Astro-Vision LifeSign software or the
manual to any other person or firm.

You are not permitted to make any modifications to any portion of the progam or
associated text files.

ASTRO-VISION astrological calculations are based on scientific equations and not on

any specific published almanac. Therefore, comparisons between the calculations
made by ASTRO-VISION and those published in almanacs are absolutely unwarranted.
Astro-Vision Futuretech Pvt. Ltd. shall not entertain any dispute on differences
arising out of such comparisons.

Astro-Vision Futuretech Pvt. Ltd. cannot be held responsible for the decisions that
may be taken by anyone based on the reports generated using the software.

While we ensure that the software is prepared meticulously and with utmost care,
we do not rule out the possibility of any unexpected errors. In case of any errors
our liability is limited to the replacement of the software with a rectified one.
The software versions and the predictive text in the reports are subject to
continuous modifications, including addition of new chapters. This is necessitated
by the nature of the content and our constantly evolving research findings.

There are minor variations in the systems and practices followed by different
regions of India and we have accommodated some of these variations in the regional
language versions. As a result, the reports generated in different languages may
not be exact translations. Also, all the language versions are not updated
simultaneously.

Under no circumstances shall Astro-Vision Futuretech Pvt.Ltd. or any related firm

or person be liable for any loss, damage or injury (including without limitation
any loss of profit, indirect, consequential or incidental loss, damage or injury)
arising from the supply or use of the software and any accompanying hardware.

Customer support is available through telephone, free of charge. If Astro-Vision

software is corrupted due to virus attack on the user's computer, hard-disk crash,
deletion of files or other reasons, support will be given but will be chargeable.
