V. MATERIALE NECESARE
Material biologic: frunze verzi i galbene de pe aceeai plant
Ustensii: plci Petri sau cristalizator, pahare Berzelius, sticl de ceas, plac de faian, a verde i galben cu lungimea de 2-3
cm.
Aparate: reou electric.
Reactivi: soluie Lugol, 50-100 ml alcool etilic, 80%.
