Good day maam!!

I have received the invitation to become your guest speaker for the Moving
Up Ceremony on March 31, 2017. Thank you so much for thinking of me in choosing
a speaker for such an important event.

Although Id love the opportunity to speak to my fellow Michaelians, I regret

to inform you that I have to decline your gracious invitation. We are short-staffed as
of the moment and have not yet acquired additional manpower. The situation
demands my actual presence and assistance in the business operations.

It would be an honor and privilege to speak in the future. I believe it would be

more fruitful once I have gained adequate knowledge, wisdom and in-the-trenches
experience so that I may be able to share a moving story that would inspire more
people to follow their dreams, and persist until such dreams become their reality.
