LETTER OF INTENT TO FRANCHISE

I, JAN MICHAEL C. LAPUZ, wish to formalize my interest and intention to pursue a

franchise application for a PIXIES SINUGBA branch.

I intend to set-up the branch in Meycauayan, Bulacan and already have at least one
site proposal in mind.
