    To The DIG Ajak Chhattisgarh PHQ Raipur Subject : regarding FIR registration under SC/ST Act amendment 2016 Respected Sir Guru Ghasidas University Bilaspur administration are making foolish repeatedly to Police, Grievance in-charge officer, UGC, MHRD, Dept of Higher Education GOI and applicant . Please observe my candidature, representation application which is already submitted at SC/ST Ajak Police Thana bilaspur on dated. 06.02.2017 and so on continuously. please examine reservation policies, guideline related to recruitment. Last five years, UGC Madhu Mehra, Deoswarup, Susma Rathor and other officer from UGC, MHRD, K.P.Singh and other officer from MHRD, officer in-charge have been provided continue letters, properly instructions for strictly implementation of reservation guidelines in the recruitments which are violated by Guru Ghasidas University in the selection of Asst Prof of Chemistry dated on 02 02 2017). Mr prakash Javadekar Minister also given information related reservation in recruitment dated on 25 06 2016 in loksabha. GGU Bilaspur admin clearly noticed, written in their advertisement of temporary assistant professor (dt 25-01-2017) that recruitment will be made from the UGC Regulation 2010. Instruction no 8 of recruitment Advert. (assistant professor dt 25 01 2017) are violated. It is very Jokeful, that University admin have been used UGC Regulation 2010 in the July 2016 Recruitment of assistant professor and while central university act 2009 guideline have been used in January 2017 recruitment of assistant professor in chemistry. selection committee for the selection of Assistant Professor of Chemistry was not constituted according to UGC SC, ST norms. Professor Gautam Kumar Patra has been discriminated to me due to casteism, being SC candidate of me.. I was selected twice here July 2015 and July 2016 through direct walk-in-Interview. many students had been suffering by university. University is trying to hide the criminal casem criminal proceedings. being SC candidate I have been separated by discrimination, partiality, violation of ugc sc,st guideline of recruitment. I have submitted application on 08.02.2016 to IG bilaspur, SPolice Bilaspur Chhattisgarh and dated on 06.02. 2017, 14 3 2017, 06.04.2017, 10-11.04.2017 to DSP Incharge (Mrs Madhulika singh) Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribes (Ajak) Police Thana Bilaspur Chattisgarh for registration of FIR into Abatment, Harassment, discrimination, atrocity, anomaly, bias, and defiance, violation of Govt of India rules, UGC SC/ST guideline and UGC/MHRD New Delhi. Till date SP Bilaspur have not taken any appropiate action related to registration of FIR in offence. SC/ST Act (Prevention of Atrocities), 1989 Rules, 1995 amendment 2016 guidelines, rules are violated by the Superintendent of Police District Bilaspur Chhattisgarh and Case in-charge Officers. Following section/articles are about applicable as like 3(bc) i,ii,iii 4(i) (I,c,f,g,n,p,q,r,s,t,y) Za(E), Zb, Zc under SC/ST Act (POA) 2016 in my subjected matter, but unfortunately SP Bilaspur and DSP Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribes AJAK Police of Bilaspur Chattisgarh case in-charge has not been registered FIR till the date. kindly sir take suitable decision, action under SC,ST Act (Prevention of Atrocity) amendment 2016. I have register complaints to PMO, LGVED, MOSJE, DEPOJ, GOVCH, DARPG, DPG, DSEHE but these have not provided any relief and justice to me till date. We are all requesting you, Sir please recomond OR handover/Give-up this case to CID/CBI /SIT/ACB etc Suitable agency at (NEW DELHI OR RAIPUR PHQ) for taking Registration of FIR and Examination of that Inflammable serious case under SC, ST Act (prevention of atrocity) amendment 2016. Supporting complaint to Chief Minister Chhattisgarh complain dt 09 06 2017 complain N0. 990717016599 registereg online. PM Mr. Narendra Modi ji complain Public grievances dt 09.06-2017. PMOPG THANKS

    Details : It is to mention here that Dr. D.K. Satnami was appointed in the University as temporary teacher for six months
    period as per UGC norms. Further after completion of initial Six months period the University again conducted the
    walk in interviews for temporary teachers for remaining session. The appointments have been made accordingly
    for different departments on purely temporary basis as per recommendations of the local selection committees
    which were constituted as per the provisions of the Statute 18 (6. ii.) Central Universities Act 2009. His name was
    not recommended by the selection committee and as such he is in no way associated with this University since
    Jan, 2017. The matter may kindly be considered disposed off.
