INTRODUCTION
Aagey se Right is a company led by ideas, fuelled by passion and powered by creativity. As
per mentioned on the universitys website, we are hereby submitting the proposal to
provide web based solutions Integrated & interactive University webpage, create &
maintain university social media page and run a short campaign for upcoming universitys
MBA admissions programme. We strive to achieve profitable client relationship and believe
that Inspiration is the most important part of our digital strategy. Young minds are the
best source of innovation and thus associating with them will boost mutual benefits. Social
Media, these days, is used to create an open environment where information is shared and
constructive conversations can take place. We have showed the benefits and necessity of
going digital, our core services, timeline and cost estimation for the same.

BACKGROUND
As per recent data given by AC Nielson 2015, there are 2.96 billion internet users, more
than 2 billion active social media users worldwide, an average of 18-29 age group have 89
% Facebook usage with USA citizens going strong at 16 %. thus the effects of social media
on todays generation is inevitable. Today presence on social media for any organization is a
way of communicating and reaching to its current & perspective users in a most cost
effective manner. Apart from that, social media presence helps an organization maintain its
public relations as well as to give a prompt response to queries of its perspective users.

Being in an educational field, social media presence is vital for its overall growth and
branding. As per above mentioned stats, University can benefit itself in following ways:

With the advent of Social Media, world has become a global village thus increasing
the reach of the university to different parts of the world
Alumni- New Student interaction becomes easy, thus resolving most of the student
issues
Corporate relations can be enhanced by effective social media interaction.
Ease in handling the admission process through a webpage
University website gets ranked higher via constant blogging & social media updates

Uploading free add-on courses on the website.
Live chats with industry recruiters & visiting faculties with subsequent Q & A
sessions via Google hangouts.
Main Page with updates regarding current industry news, B-School event
updates and curriculum updates & competitions.
Exclusive: Gamification An interactive game for B-School aspirants, on
winning it they receive past entrance exam papers and useful information to
be a part of universitys MBA programme.

Presence on Social Media Platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter & Quora
2-3 daily updates about campus/ classroom life of the college
1- LinkedIn Post regarding industrial experts visiting the campus.
Tweets on trending topics related to the specializations & blogs written by
faculty experts/ students/ alumni.
Detailed answers to the course specific issues.
Social Media monitoring for reputation of the university + total mentions
about college on forums like Pagalguy, MBAUniverse.
