KUNDALINI RISING DETAILS

Preliminary Practice:
Deeply relax physically and mentally deep trance state(*).

Pre-Stimulation:
The pre-stimulation exercise prepares the energy body for an energy work session. The idea
is to give a quick boost to the energy body activity and sensitivity. This can be done quickly
and easily. This should be done prior to any energy work session.
To pre-stimulate, spend several seconds stimulating(brushing) the feet, then the legs, then
the hands, and then the arms. Bounce awareness energy balls up and down the arms and
feet.
Finally, use a whole body bounce action for a minute or so.

Spinal Bounce:
This method stimulates the spinal channel and the roots of all primary energy centers. Pre-
stimulate and then focus body awareness in the tip of the tailbone. Feel and imagine an
electric blue, tennis ballsized energy ball forming there. Imagine and feel this ball move up
the spine to the top of the head, and then back down to the coccyx. Use a bounce speed of
about one-half to one second up and the same down. Vary the speed to find what is most
effective.
Continue bouncing for two minutes or longer. Increase the bounce to as fast and as powerful
as possible for the final ten seconds, and then stop.
Extended Spinal Bounce
Perform a comfortable spinal bounce, as above, and then extend this down into the earth
below and up into the sky above. Push the bounce action further and further up and down.
Imagine and feel the bouncing action to the center of the Earth, and up into outer space.
Continue for two minutes or longer.

Central Channel Bounce:

This action helps clear and nurture the development of the central channel. It also stimulates
the roots of all primary energy centers. Pre-stimulate, and then form a tennis ballsized
energy ball in the perineum. Move the energy ball up through the center of the torso, through
the throat, out the top of the head and then back down to perineum. Bounce at a comfortable
speed of about one-half to one second either way. Stay in touch with where the energy ball
is, feeling it moving up and down through the inside of the body. Continue for two minutes or
longer.
Extended Central Channel Bounce:
Perform a comfortable central channel bounce, as above. Then extend the bounce action to
the center of the Earth and up into outer space. Continue for two minutes or longer.

Whole Body Bounce:

The whole body bounce stimulates the entire body. Imagine and feel a large, electric blue
energy ball that is large enough to pass over the whole body, forming over the feet. Move the
ball up the legs and torso to just above the head, and then back down to just below the feet.
Adjust the speed of this until there is a comfortable bounce action. Continue this for two
minutes or longer.
Note: An alternative to an energy ball is to use a large flat disk for whole body bounce
actions. Do what works best.

Be aware of the whole body - Pull energy into the whole body from all directions on in breath,
storing it but not in any particular place(pore breathing).
Raising Energy to Primary Centers:
When you are ready to begin, start by forming energy balls in the feet. Use these to sweep
energy up the legs several times to the base center, the perineum. Imagine and feel as if you
are sweeping, sponging, and pulling water up the legs and pushing it into the base primary
center.
Flick the awareness back to the feet and repeat the upward energy sweep.
Repeat the energy sweep process several times for each primary center before using
stimulation actions. For example, if you are about to work on the solar plexus center, make
several energy sweeps up the legs. Continue this action through the base and navel, and
then push the energy into the solar plexus center. Repeat the energy raising process any
time its felt it will help.

Base Center Stimulation

Sweep energy several times up the legs to the base center. Focus body awareness in the
perineum. Create a red, tennis ballsized energy ball there and repeatedly move this in and
out of the perineum, a few inches inside the body and then a few inches outside, in and out.
Next, use the stirring action on the same area, first clockwise and then counterclockwise, and
then use the tearing action.
Then use a red, expanding and contracting energy ball in the perineum.
Finish by breathing a red energy cloud in and out of the base center for several breaths.

Navel Center Stimulation

Sweep energy several times up the legs, through the base, and to the navel center. Focus
body awareness in the navel center, in the stomach area. This center is about the size of a
dinner plate, so actions are larger.
Create a large, orange energy ball and move this back and forth through the stomach. Take it
several inches or more outside the body, front and rear.
Feel this passing through the body. Next, use the stirring action, clockwise and
counterclockwise and then use the tearing action on the navel.
Then use a wide wrapping action around the stomach, as if winding a scarf around the waist.
Next use a large, orange, expanding and contracting energy ball in the navel.
Finish by breathing an orange energy cloud in and out of the navel center for several breaths.

Solar Plexus Center Stimulation

Sweep energy several times up the legs, through the base and navel, and to the solar plexus
center. Focus body awareness in the solar plexus center. Create a yellow, tennis ballsized
energy ball and move this back and forth through the body, taking it several inches outside
the front and back. Feel this passing through the body.
Next, use a stirring action, clockwise and counterclockwise, and then a tearing action. Then
use a wrapping action around the lower chest.
Next use a yellow, expanding and contracting energy ball in the solar plexus. Finish by
breathing a yellow energy cloud in and out of the solar plexus center for several breaths.

Heart Center Stimulation

Sweep energy several times up the legs, through the base, navel, and solar plexus, and to
the heart center. Focus body awareness in the heart center. Create a green, tennis ball
sized energy ball and move this back and forth through the heart and chest, taking it several
inches or more outside, front and back. Feel this passing through the body.
Next, use a stirring action, clockwise and counterclockwise, and then a tearing action. Then
use a wrapping action around the upper chest.
Next use a green, expanding and contracting energy ball in the heart.
Finish by breathing a green energy cloud in and out of the heart center for several breaths.
Throat Center Stimulation
Sweep energy several times up the legs, through the base, navel, solar plexus, heart
and to the throat center. Focus body awareness in the throat center.
Create a blue, tennis ballsized energy ball and move this back and forth through the throat,
taking it several inches or more outside, front and back. Feel this passing through the body.
Next, use a stirring action, clockwise and counterclockwise, and then a tearing action.
Then use a wrapping action, as if winding a scarf around the neck.
Next use a blue, expanding and contracting energy ball in the throat.
Finish by breathing a blue energy cloud in and out of the throat center for several breaths.

Brow Center Stimulation

Sweep energy several times up the legs, through the base, navel, solar plexus, heart, and
throat, to the brow center. Focus body awareness in the brow center.
Create a purple, golf ballsized energy ball and move this back and forth through the head at
the brow level. Feel this moving through the brain and several inches outside the front and
back of the head.
Then create another purple energy ball and move this from temple to temple, feeling it
moving through the brain. Bounce the ball back and forth through the brain, feeling it moving
several inches outside each side.
Next, use a wide brushing action from side to side across the whole forehead and then brush
it up and down over the brow from just above the hairline to the tip of the nose.
Then use a stirring action, clockwise and counterclockwise, and then a tearing action.
Next, use a wrapping action as if winding a bandage around the head.
Then use a purple, expanding and contracting energy ball in the brow.
Finish by breathing a purple energy cloud in and out of the brow center for several breaths.

Crown Center Stimulation

Sweep energy several times up the legs, through the base, navel, solar plexus, heart, throat,
brow and to the crown center. Focus body awareness on the crown center. The crown center
occupies the whole top of the head above the hairline, but it flowers at a point in the middle of
the head.
Create a violet, tennis ballsized energy ball there. Move it down through the brain to the
neck, and then to several inches above the head. Feel this moving inside the head.
Next, use a large stirring action as if painting the whole top of the head above the hairline
with a four-inch paintbrush, clockwise and then counterclockwise.
Then use a large tearing action, as if you were pulling the scalp in two with the hands,
repeatedly.
Next, use a large, violet, expanding and contracting energy ball in the top part of the head.
Then feel and imagine that you are repeatedly bouncing a large, heavy, violet energy ball off
the top of the head, like a soccer ball.
Finish by breathing a violet energy cloud into and out of the crown center for several breaths.

Closing Primary Centers

Primary energy centers do not need to be closed after they have been stimulated. They are
not little mechanical doors that can be opened and closed. Nor can they be closed or
deactivated by reversing the actions that were used to activate them. Further stimulation will
always result. The best ways to reduce primary center activity, if noticeable activity continues
after a session, are breaking the relaxation discipline, physical activity, and eating. Get up,
raid the refrigerator, go for a walk, take a cool shower, or take a nap. Everything will go back
to normal. Deactivating primary energy centers and grounding practices are dealt with later in
this book.
Extra Primary Center Stimulation Actions:
Some of the following techniques are for stimulating individual primary energy centers; others
are for stimulating the entire energy body. These methods can be added to the primary
center energy work sessions as they are learned and as necessary to provide extra
stimulation.
Experiment with the speed and intensity of these actions. Remember to stay in touch with the
body at all times and feel these body awareness actions moving on or through the body.

Hip Bounce
Create an energy ball the size of a tennis ball over the left hip joint. Imagine this to be heavy
and full of water. Move the energy ball through the body and out of the right hip joint. Take
this several inches or more outside the body on either side. Bounce this ball side to side
through the hips.
Experiment with the speed and intensity of this action. Bounce it slow and intense, and then
hard and fast. Continue for two minutes or longer, or until energy sensations are felt.

Groin Bounce
Create a heavy, tennis ballsized energy ball just above the pubic area. Bounce this through
the body at a slight downward angle to the tailbone, and then back to the start. Repeatedly
bounce the energy ball back and forth through the body. Vary the speed and intensity of the
bounce action. Continue for one minute, or until energy sensations are felt. Discontinue this
action if it causes erotic sensations.

Head Circuits:
Apart from the crown and brow centers, the head and face and neck contain many important
energy structures, including the ears, eyes, nasal, and mouth areas. The following methods
stimulate the entire head, inside and out. Make up some new actions at will.
Head Spins
This action stimulates all of the energy centers in the head and face, including the brow and
crown centers. Create an elongated energy ball, like a large banana, positioned vertically
beside the head, from the top of the head to the chin. Imagine that this is connected by many
flexible energy filaments to the middle line inside the head. Move this energy shape
clockwise around the head.
Keep this action close to the skin, feeling it moving the full length of the head and face as you
move it around and around. Continue for one minute or longer.

Speed up the action and feel this energy shape moving three feet away from the head, as it
would in real life with centrifugal force. Speed it up more and feel it spinning around the head
several feet out. Imagine and feel this whooshing as it spins around the head.
Experiment with the speed. Try the reverse direction, slow and fast.
Head Rolls
Create a horizontal, elongated energy shape like a banana in front of the face. Hold this close
to the face, feeling it all the way as it moves. Move it down over the face, over and under the
chin, through the neck, up and over the back of the head to the top, and back to the start,
moving it around and around. Stay in touch with this action as the energy shape moves.
Experiment with the speed. Continue for one minute or more. Reverse the direction and
repeat.
Create a banana energy shape on the left side of the head, over the ear. Keep this action
close to the head. Move this up and over the head, down the right side, and through the
neck, around and around.
Experiment with the speed. Continue for one minute or more. Reverse the direction and
repeat.

Head Wraps
Create an energy roll, like a big roll of four-inch bandage, and feel this close to the head. Feel
and imagine this unwinding as it moves over the head, around and around. Move this as if
you were bandaging the entire head, from neck to crown like an Egyptian mummy. Continue
this for one minute or more.

Head Bounce
Create a golf ballsized energy ball over the brow center, as we did earlier. Bounce this
through and out of the back of the head, feeling it moving through the substance of the brain.
Bounce the ball back and forth, progressively extending the distance outside the body until
you are touching the walls before you and behind you at the end of each bounce. If lying
down, bounce from ceiling and floor. Try to stay in touch with where the ball is in the room as
it moves. Just a basic impression of where it is at each moment will suffice. Vary the speed of
the bounce action.
Continue for one minute or longer.
Repeat this exercise on the temples, with a side to side wall bounce.
Tongue Massage
Open the mouth and poke out the tongue, and then let it relax. Hold the mouth slightly open
with the tongue resting slightly out. Create an energy ball over the tip of the tongue and move
it into the mouth over the tongue to the back of the throat. Bounce the energy ball through the
tongue from tip to base, back and forth. Vary the bounce speed. Continue for one minute or
more.
This action will cause a slightly salty and metallic taste, similar to that caused by touching
both poles of a small battery to the tongue.

(*) Preliminary Practice:

Physical Relaxation
The effectiveness of energy work can be improved by relaxing and balancing your physical
body at the start of each session. The simplest way to achieve this is to tense and relax large
groups of muscles. After each step below, when you release and relax, take a few moments
to imagine and feel the tension flowing out of your body.
1. Sit and close your eyes, and then take three slow deep breaths.
2. Tense your feet and legs, and then release and relax them.
3. Tense your hips and stomach area, and then release and relax them.
4. Tense your chest and arms, making fists, and then release and relax them.
5. Tense your head and face and neck, and then release and relax them.
6. Tense your whole body, and then release and relax it.
When you finish the last step above, feel yourself going limp and sinking into your chair.
Imagine and feel all of the tension draining down your body and out of your feet like
imaginary discolored fluid. Feel and imagine this draining away and soaking away into the
ground. Next, resettle yourself in the chair so that you are comfortable and balanced.
Pay particular attention to balancing your head.
Note: Peopleespecially womentend to hold tension in their stomach area. It is wise to
make a conscious effort to relax this area.

Awareness Breathing
Awareness belly breathing involves focusing your body awareness on the physical sensation
of breathing, on the rise and fall of your stomach. Sit quietly, close your eyes, and focus your
attention on your stomach. Take your time and try to become more aware of this area. Let
your stomach sag and relax. Breathe a little more deeply from your stomach, feeling it rising
and falling as you breathe. Observe this action and use this focus of attention to help clear
and relax your mind. Hold your mind clear of thought words.

Altered States
Loosen clothing, sit in a chair with shoes off and feet on a cushion, take a few deep breaths,
and begin. Stretch and relax large muscle groups of your body, as explained earlier. Close
your eyes and focus on your belly, letting it relax and sag. Start awareness belly breathing.
Feel your stomach rising and falling as you breathe in and out. Keep your mind clear and
focus solely on your breathing. When you are settled into this, begin to imagine a sinking
feeling. Imagine that you and your chair are in an elevator that is slowly descending into an
open-sided elevator shaft.
Imagine that you can see the rock walls of the elevator shaft rising as you move deeper and
deeper and deeper. Continue this for 15 minutes or longer.
Tumors
Use the energy work and tools as you would for any injury. When you use the energy work
tools on a tumor, however, imagine the tumor being destroyed by the energy tools. Imagine it
being ripped out with the iron tongs, burned away by the flaming torch, scooped away with
the golden net, washed away with the spray gun, et cetera. Then spend time imagining the
area as being perfect and completely without the tumor. Using a prostate tumor as an
example, express love and appreciation to your prostate. The affirmations and intentions
used should not reflect the existence of a tumor. Instead, imagine your prostate as being
perfect and beautiful inside and out and say, My prostate is perfect.
