Terms and Condition:

1. Terms: COD. Prices are 12% VAT Exclusive. Delivery receipt Only. Add 12% for invoice
price.
2. Delivery: Lead is one (1) week upon receipt of purchase order or conforme. FREE BIR
REGISTRATION.
3. Rush delivery charges: P250.00 within Metro Manila & Rizal and P500.00 outside Metro
Manila & Rizal Area.
4. Failure of client to use the system will not effect the terms of payment.
5. Vendor has the right to stop support services, pullout all units involved in failure to settle
all payments.
6. One (1) year warranty on software.
Warranty does not include factors such as viruses, insects, improper use, negligence,
vandalism, accidents, fortuitous events such as earthquakes, floods, fire etc.
7. Client must back-up their data for security purpose, vendor has NO obligation to lost of
data.
8. Customization or any additional request not included in the quotation will be quoted
separately and delivery will be done based on project timetable to be specified in the
proposal. Verbal request will not be entertained / honored so as to avoid misunderstanding.
9. Warranty is voided if the client or third party tampers with the hardware and/or software.
10. All outstanding balances, which exceed 30 days, shall be subjected to 5% interest per
month.
11. Cancellation charge of 15% of P.O. price shall be applied for any cancellation of
conformed orders and 25% of the total amount for depreciation cost of the unit.
12. For delivery, installation and training and support outside Metro Manila & Rizal Area, the
Customer will be charged the actual transportation, hotel Accommodation, food allowance
and per diem of P 400.00 per person.
13. In case of Provincial Delivery, the Customer will pay the actual amount of shipping
cost/freight cost.
14. Prices Validity is 15 days from receipt of quotation, subject to confirmation.

Training & Installation:

Training of all the users of hardware and/or software, and installation of the System will
be provided by trained service engineers of CYBER FRONTIER free of charge within METRO
MANILA.

Warranty: 1 year

Maintenance:

A quarterly check-up and cleaning of the hardware shall be provided during the warranty
period. Before the warranty ends, our company shall offer the client our annual Preventive
Maintenance System 12% per year base on purchase price.

Expenses:

Actual transportation expenses per diem, meal allowances, board @ lodging if needed of
our technical staff in relation to delivery, installation training, programming servicing and
maintenance of your POS system in OUTSIDE METRO MANILA will be to your account.
