ln inviting a reference on the above subject, lam directed to enclose
herewith a copy of UOI No.3, Dt.19.12.2015 of OSD-cum-Spl. Secretary to Govt.,
Finance Department for kind information. You are requested to furnish
information on present proposal for consideration of enhancement of
remuneration of Junior Teachers, Sikshya Sahayaks & Gana Sikshyaks working
under RTE-SSA and detail information on Part time lnstructor at Block Level and
KGBV staff working under SSA along with rate of enhancement, reasons of
enhancement, nos. of each category, financial implication on the proposed
enhancement and copy of engagement resolution/notification/Office Orders
where in the part time instructor and KGBV staff are availing the rate of
remuneration at present.
The required information may please be submitted today.

for consideration of enhancement of remuneration of SS, GS,

Part Time lnstructor at Block Level, KGBV Staff working under

RTESSA, Junior.Teachers. ln this connection, nowhere Deptt. has
mentioned the rate of enhancement and the reason of
enhancement of remuneration of such categories of employees.
The numbers of each category have also not reflected anywhere

in the proposal of the Deptt. lt is therefore requested that the

Deptt. at the earliest may please furnish the above informations
along with the category-wise financial implication on the
proposed enhancement with copy of the engagement resolution

/ Notification / office orders of each category of employees as

proposed wherein they are availing the rate of remuneration at
present. As early as possible this information are to be submitted

in order to take a view on this matter.
