EMPLOYEES.

 II. RATIONALE

In reference to DepEd Order No.40 s.2012 and Republic Act No.10627 which continually
intends to promote awareness and sensitivity to the most pressing issues nowadays violence,
exploitation, discrimination, bullying and any other form of abuse and come up with child
protection policy, support structure and measures on how we can better protect students and
employees through convergence of efforts and services from government and academe.

We deemed it necessary to equip all teachers and other staffs with skills and knowledge
on how to deal with difficult and challenging students and to gain clear direction on child
protection issues especially in preventing and addressing the acts of bullying. Such, we all be
empowered and will work together to ensure that our school is a safe place for learning.

III. OBJECTIVES

Generally, the seminar-workshop has the following objectives:

a. Discuss different forms of bullying with emphasis on cyber stalking, cyber-bullying and
harassment;
b. Create policies that will prevent bullying in schools and in the workplace;
c. Prevent and respond to acts bullying among students and employees;
d. Discuss the negative effects of bullying to employee morale and student performance;
and
e. Present relevant laws on the rights and protection of children.

IV. TARGET CLIENTELE

This project covers the Administrator, Teachers, students and other school personnel or
staff of CRSHS, broken down as follows:

NATIONAL BIBLE WEEK CELEBRATION with the theme, Engaging every Family in
Proclaiming and living the Word.

PROPOSED DATE AND VENUE:

JANUARY 20-23, 2015

II. RATIONALE:

In pursuant to the presidential proclamation no.1067 series 1997 issued by then

President Fidel V. Ramos, which was also previously declared by the President Ferdinand E.
Marcos and Cory Aquino, declaring the last week of January and of every thereafter as the
National Bible Week. Indeed, our government emphasized that National attention be focused
on the importance of reading and studying the Bible in molding the spiritual, moral, and social
fiber of our country.

The Caraga Regional Science High School envisions that during the week, Bible reading
or Film Showing shall be conducted before the Flag raising ceremony. Furthermore, the
following verses are suggested; 1.2 Chronicles, 7:11-22, 2. Jeremiah 29: 4-14, 3. Matthew 4:1-
11, 4. Exodus 20:1-21, 5. Matthew 6:5-15.

III. OBJECTIVES:

Generally, the activity has the following objectives:

 a. Meditate on the Word of God;
b. Unite in prayer to ask Almighty to spare us from coming calamities;
c. Prepare and strengthen us to endure any eventuality;
d. Celebrate with reverence all the goodness that God has done in our lives.

IV. TARGET CLIENTELE:

This project covers the CRSHS students in all level.
