This report should help to track actual top ranked field problems. It will provide a summary of the problem and inform
about escalation numbers, technical information workarounds or solutions. Also information about additional resource
documents will be provided if available.
Furthermore we are going to provide information about some important technical details (procedures, guides, product
changes, new documents etc.), which are important to know to be able to do a good and successful service job.
Success stories will be also added to share the knowledge we gained from pre-sales and consultancy activities.
This document will be distributed on CSES system as technical notice (TNI) to the technical product specialists of each
national operating company (NOC) and to all Konica Minolta distributors in European area.
An adapted version of this product status report will also be sent out to our OEM partners via Email, where basically
some confidential Konica Minolta internal performance data might be deleted.
The related departments (IMD, SCC Malta, SSD Office) within BEU itself will be informed about the document release
and the related CSES document ID by email.
Schedule
This report is intended to be released every second month after the regular video conference between BEU and BT
CSHQ Japan, as at that time BEU SSD receives the most recent updates. In exceptional or urgent cases this timeframe
might change to a shorter or even longer period of time.
Related products
Within this report only production printing and industrial printing issues will be handled or in other words only bizhub
PRO/PRESS, including Accurio series models and MGI products are covered. These include all relevant controller topics.
The same information will also be relevant for the compatible OEM product series.
For information about office printing products, please refer to the Product Status Report of the department.

News
The system is now officially launched and replace the bizhub PRESS/PRO 1070series.
The first classroom trainings for this new system are planned at end of February 2017. Also an WBT update training will
be available at this time.
A lot of task are done during the last month for this system for sales and support. But nevertheless if you have any
question related to the new device please feel free to inform us.
Last month, a beta Jetvarnish Evo has been installed in Essen, North Rhine-Westphalia in Germany at the customer
druckpartner. Carsten Ritter ( BEU SSD), Berthold Weber (cluster west) and two technician from MGI were installing the
system and train the customer on the new device.
The Evo is a spot UV device for sizes up to B2.

For the C-1070 we had provided an Actual Status Degas for our field. Also for the new Accurio C2070 series we will
applied the same report. We will project this document in the first week of February. Below you could find the first theme

Please be aware of ordering UK-104 for the AccurioPress C2070 series. Because the article number of UK-104 is slightly
changed
The Total counter value does not increment correctly because the factory set value for the billing management (Fee
collection setting) is set wrongly (Threshold value/ coefficient value). This happened after the installation of the new
mass production firmware version 30.

C2070/C2070P/C2060 & AccurioPrint C2060L related controllers:
The official sales launch was during the last weeks, so we want to inform you to give you the chance to prepare your
service.
These guides contain all relevant detailed information regarding topics of Service & Support and help you to prepare your
service and support activities.
They will provide you with a collection of valuable information and will give an overview of already fixed procedures, as
well. Please adapt your processes and procedures to achieve an optimal support and service performance.

System Outline and Connectivity
Creo recently released version 1.2 of the IC-309m print controller. In this new version of the controller the
following features and enhancements, next to the ones in version 1.1 you find below, were added:

This information is for Konica Minolta Color Care user. which NFR licenses expiring on January 15th 2017.
The user should receive a email from Color Care team which include the new NFR TAN. Important note:
If your expiring license was created by your superior or somebody else on your behalf, the email and new TAN will be
send to this person. Please contact that person and get the TAN for license renewal. Persons who registered more than
one license will get a number of emails according to the number of registered licenses in their account.
Please forward the new TAN to the real user and let him register by himself.
2. TAN user starts licensing process from Color Care catch licensing window (internet connection and registered
eMail addressrequired)
3. TAN user generates new license by following the licensing procedure (enter registered eMail/Password and
TAN received by email)
4. The license is installed on PC automatically and all Color Care products are licensed
2. TAN user logs into existing account on licensed PC (or register new account)
3. TAN user enters new TAN send by Color Care team and Machine-ID (license window, left upper corner)
4. TAN user generates new license by following the license procedure on Color Care web site
Preparation:
1. Dongle user emails .lic (copy file from dongle) to: colorcare@mylicense.biz
2. Color Care team emails new TAN and ReadMe back to dongle user

4. License will be automatically copied to the dongle by the licensing server (Color Care catch automatically
recognizes the license on the dongle)
5. Other Color Care products (display, linker, match patch, profiler, spoTTuner) also recognize the license on the
dongle automatically
2. Dongle user registers new account (not necessary if a valid Color Care account already exits)
3. Dongle user enters new TAN send by Color Care team and ID from dongle (ID ends with -4 or -7)
4. Dongle user generates new license by following the license procedure on Color Care web site
Latest Versions of Service Assistance Tool for Degas, Chagall and Symphony
This tool is designed to support the service engineer during working at customer side. The aim is to reduce cost and
service work time by assist him with necessary information for maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.
The version for the SA-Tool is dedicated to every machine and every firmware version . To use the tool properly you
need to use the appropriate version of the tool to assure that the information and data in the SA-Tool are up to date. If
you use different versions the information given in the SA-Tool may be incorrect.
The following table shows the released information for the tool version and I1-ROM version of the current supported
engines:
As well as the bizhub PRO 1100 for the Accurio Press series and bizhub Press C71cf the SA tool can be installed
directly onto the HDD, so it can be used without the USB memory stick.
