The test is Iinear up to a glucose concentration of 400 mg/dl or
[IVD] 22.2 mmol/I. Dilute the sample 1+2 with dest. water, if the glucose
concentration of the sample is over this limit and repeat the
Method 1 determination. Multiply the result by 3.
The glucose is determined after enzymatic oxidation in the presence of
Typical performance data can be found in the Verification Report,

4-Aminophenazone 0.25 mmol/I
Phenol 0.75 mmol/l Notes
Glucose oxidase 15 KU/l Icteric sera interfere with the test and should not be used as a sample
Peroxidase 1.5 KU/l Triglycerides up to 2500 mg/dl, hemoglobin up to 500 mg/dl and ascorbic
Mutarotase 2.0 KU/l acid up to 20 mg/dl do not interfere with the test.

Reagent Stability SU-GLLQ2 INF 1026002 GB 07-2008-19 |

The reagents are stable even after opening up to the given expiry date
when stored at 2...8C. Contamination must be avoided.
At 15...25C [RGT] is stable for 2 weeks.

Specimen
Serum, plasma.
The glucose is stable for 24 hours at 2...8C, if serum or plasma is
prepared within 30 min. after collection.

Assay
Wavelength: 500 nm, Hg 546 nm
Optical path: 1 cm
Temperature: 20...25C or 37C
Measurement: Against reagent blank.
Only one reagent blank per series is required.
