APPROACH

Our company adopts the concept of balanced security in the provision of security
services. Such an approach involves the following phases of activities.

PHASE ONE THREAT / RISK ASSESMENT

The objectives of conducting a threat / risk assessment are:

a. To identify targets that need protection.

b. To determine the targets level of exposure to risk.
c. To determine the deficiency gap in the existing protective measures.

Threat / Risk assessments are based on targets criticality, vulnerability and the
probability of a crime taking place.

PHASE TWO DEFINITION OF CONTROL MEASURES

The objectives of defining control measures are to:

a. Ensure that appropriate ratio of balance security components are established

b. Ensure that appropriate protective measures are identified.
c. Ensure that appropriate resources are identified to realize the protective
measures.

PHASE THREE IMPLEMENTATION OF CONTROL MEASURES

The objectives of implementation of control measures are to:

a. To reduce / minimize the organizations exposure to risk.

b. To ensure that operations are carried out with minimum disruption.
c. To ensure that a deterrent security posture is enforced.
