and the Wardrobe, the first published novel in C. S. Lewis's children's epic fantasy
series, The Chronicles of Narnia, which produced by Mark Johnson
Phillip Steuer. It released on December 2005 in US and UK.
The story began when the four Pevensie children, Peter, Susan, Edmund and
Lucy were evacuated to the country home of Professor Digory Kirke during the
second world war. One day, while the Pevensies were playing hide and seek, Lucy
discovered a wardrobe and entered a wintry fantasy world called Narnia, which is
cursed by the white witch. In Narnia, The Pevensies who were assisted by Aslan
fought the white witch, Jadis. The war was won by the Pevensies and Aslan. In the
end, The Pevensies became Kings and Queens of Narnia. Fifteen years later, the
Pevensie children have grown into young men and women. While chasing a white
stag through the forest, they encountered the lamppost that Lucy saw on her first trip
to Narnia. They made their way through trees, arriving in the wardrobe at the same
time and day they left, becoming children again.
The story is very wonderful for me, the plot is unpredictable and awesome
and the special effect isnt too excessive, but this film contains some violence so
need a guidance from the parents. But, you wont regret if you watch this film,
because you can see so many wonderful scene, and this film is very suitable for
someone who loves adventure.
