Abstract
Managementul forei de munc ar mult mai uor dac toat lumea ar la fel,
dar cum oamenii se deosebesc ntre ei prin capaciti, grad de inteligen, personalitate,
pregtire i provenien cultural, managementul difer de la o organizaie la alta.
Toi managerii au n obiectul de activitate inuenarea comportamentului n direcii
care s duc la satisfacerea necesitilor organizaiei.
