La teza de master, tema: Aprecierea capacitii antioxidante a flavonoidelor

ca substane biologic active din vegetale, autor Climenti Galina, Chiinu 2017.

Teza de master este prezentat pe 62 pagini, include o introducere, trei


compartimente ce se refer la revista literaturii, metode i tehnologii de cercetare a
coninutului de flavonoide i a capacitii antioxidante n unele produse vegetale,
rezultate i discuii, urmate de concluzii generale i recomandri, bibliografie din
18 titluri. n tez sunt 44 pagini de text de baz, 11 figuri i 5 tabele.

Prezenta tez de master ine de domeniul chimiei ecologice i a fost realizat n


laboratorul tiinific al Universitii de Stat din Tiraspol pe durata anilor 2016
2017.

Lucrarea a avut ca scop: Cercetarea compuilor fenolici ca substane


biologic active, determinarea spectrofotometric a coninutului de flavonoide i
aprecierea integral a capacitii antioxidante a lor n unele produse vegetale.

Principalele obiective preconizate sunt: Studierea surselor bibliografice


privitor la substanele biologic active care se regsesc n produse vegetale;
nsuirea tehnicii de extragere a flavonoidelor din plante i determinarea
spectrofotometric a coninutului lor; determinarea capacitii antioxidante a
substanelor biologic active din unele plante medicinale (urzica, glbenele, etc.),
ceaiuri (negru, verde).

n rezultatul cercetrilor spectrofotmetrice efectuate au fost determinate


coninutul de flavonoide i valorificat capacitatea antioxidant integral a unor
flavonoide din plante medicinale i ceaiuri.

nsemntatea practic a cercetrii const n propunerea unor tehnologii optime de


cercetare a capacitii antioxidante a flavonoidelor n materialul vegetal n vederea
utilizrii acestuia ca indice de calitate a produsului alimentar vegetal.
The topic of master thesis is: The assessing antioxidant flavonoids as
biologically active substances from vegetal, the author Galina Climenti Chiinu
2017.
The master thesis is presented on 62 pages, and includes an introduction,
three compartments that refer to the journal literature, research methods and
technologies of the contents of flavonoids and antioxidant capacity in some
vegetable products, results and discussion, conclusions and recommendations,
bibliography from 18 titles. The thesis has 44 pages of basic text, 11 figures and 5
tables.
This master thesis is related with organic chemistry and was carried out in
the scientific laboratory at State University from Tiraspol during the years 2016-
2017.
The objective of this research paper is the research of phenolic compounds
as biologically active, spectrophotometric determination of the content of
flavonoids and the full appreciation of their antioxidant capacity in some plant.
The main objectives envisaged are: the study of bibliographic sources of the
biologically active substances found in plant products; the appropriation of the
technology of extracting flavonoids from plants and spectrophotometric
Determination of their content; the determination of antioxidant capacity of
biological active substances of medicinal plants (nettle, marigold, etc.. ), tea
(black, green).
As a result of the spectrophotometric investigations was determined the
content of flavonoids and full the appreciation of antioxidant capacity from some
herbs and teas.
The significance of the research consists in a proposal of optimal technology
research on antioxidant capacity of flavonoids in the plant material to be used as a
quality index of vegetable food.
