5 Shutoffyourcomputer.Eitherturnoffthecomputerbychoosingtheshutdown
optioninyourcurrentoperatingsystem,orholdthepowerbuttonuntilthecomputer
powersoff.

6 InserttheWindows7discintoyourdiscdrive.

7 Startyourcomputerfromthedisc.Afteryouhaveplacedthediscintothedisc
drive,startyourcomputer.Whenthecomputerstarts,pressakeyifyouareasked
ifyouwouldliketobootfromthediscbypressinganykey.Afteryouchoosetostartfrom
thedisc,WindowsSetupwillbeginloading.
Ifyouarenotaskedtobootfromthedisc,youmayhavedonesomething
wrong.Retrythepreviousstepstosolvetheproblem.

8 ChooseyourWindowsSetupoptions.OnceWindowsSetuploads,you'llbe
presentedwithawindow.Selectyourpreferredlanguage,keyboardtype,and

supportit.

typicallyamenuofmoveabledevicenameswhereyoushouldsetyourdriveas
thefirstbootdevice.Itcanalsobealistofdevicesthatyoucansettheorderof

5 Savethechangesofthesettings.Pressthebuttonindicatedonthescreenor
selectthesaveoptionfromtheBIOSmenutosaveyourconfiguration.

6 Shutoffyourcomputer.Eitherturnoffthecomputerbychoosingtheshutdown
