Although, the preparation of the study wasnt an easy task for me, I enjoyed the challenge and
tried to face the problems with patience. This study gave me a real life experience and opens our
eyes to the actual business environment. It helped me to gathering various aspects of knowledge
and increased observation power regarding a business and its regular operation.

Abstract:
Inside the walls of the warehouse, the utilization of every componentspace, people, inventory
and equipmentwill impact the bottom line in profound ways over time. Warehouse Management
enables us to analyze these components continually, so we can conserve effort, fill orders faster
and more accurately, save space and reduce inventory.
