Introduction
Standard Reports are pre-configured reports that provide a quick view into your
program data. Each Standard Report includes a dashboard, key performance
indicators, and report details. These reports are often used by people managers to view
their teams activity and performance in the program.

Categories & Reports


There are 7 report categories and 22 reports that make up the Standard Reports.

Note: Some reports may not appear in your program due to its configuration and
features.

Recognitions
Received Recognitions

This report displays the recognitions received, including points-based recognitions,


social recognitions, and Boosts.

Received Recognitions by Criteria

This report displays the recognitions received based on the programs recognition
criteria/values.

Received Recognitions by Module

This report displays the number of recognitions received based on the recognition
module that the recognitions were received from.

Sent Recognitions

This report displays the recognitions sent, including points-based recognitions, social
recognitions, and Boosts.

Sent Recognitions by Criteria

This report displays the recognitions sent based on the programs recognition
criteria/values.

This report displays the recognitions sent based on the recognition module that the
recognitions were sent from.

Rewards
Redemptions

This report displays the items that have been redeemed for in the Catalog.

Wishlist

This report lists the items that members have saved in their wishlist for redemption at a
later date.

Members
Member Status

This report displays the users (members) based on their account status (Activated,
Enabled Never Logged In, Never Enabled).

Received Recognition Usage

This report displays the members who have received the most recognition, including the
Top Recognized, Frequently Recognized, Moderately Recognized and Rarely
Recognized.

Sent Recognition Usage

This report displays the members who have sent the most recognition, including the Top
Recognizers, Frequent Recognizers, Moderate Recognizers, and Rare Recognizers.

Financials
Budget Request

This report displays all budget requests that have been made within the program. This
report is organized by the date requested and by the status of the request (pending,
approved, denied).

Milestones

This report displays the milestone awards distributed for a specific time period. This
report is sorted by the number of milestones awarded and by the value of points
awarded.

Recognition Card

This report displays the recognition cards based on their current status (activated cards,
claimed cards, unclaimed cards, unclaimed points).

Upcoming Milestones

This report displays the upcoming milestones for a specified date range.

Budget Utilization for Peer Recognition

This report displays the utilization of point budgets for recognition in your program. It
includes the starting balance, ending balance, budget used, and utilization rate for a
specified date range.

Master Account Activity

This report displays the master account activity across your program, including the total
amount of points deposited and withdrawn as well as detail by transaction type.

Results
Results Tracker Claims by Module

This report displays the submissions approved, submissions pending, submissions


denied, and points awarded for each Results Tracker module.

Results Tracker Claims

This report displays all pending, approved, denied, and total Results Tracker
submissions.

Achievements
Activity

This report displays the Achievements accomplished for a specific time period and
compares those Achievements that resulted in social activities (like, comment) in the
program.

History

This report displays the Achievements accomplished for a specific time period.

Engagement Pulse
Pulse Average

This report displays the average response for Engagement Pulse, the total responses,
and the response rate based on the total possible responses.

Navigating to Standard Reports


1. On the left sidebar of your program, click Reports, and then Standard Reports.

2. Click a report category, and then click the name of the report you want to open.

Searching for an Existing User


1. On the Members page, use the search or filter options to find the user.

2. View your results at the bottom of the page.

3. Click on the name of the user you're looking for.

Viewing and Customizing a Standard Report


From a Standard Report, you can:

Customize the Date Range: View a report by the previous week, month,
quarter, year, or with a custom date range.

Compare Date Ranges: Compare your data to the previous date range to see
how its trending over time.

Apply Filters: Filter the data based on select fields in your user data.

Save the Report: Save a customized report so you can easily access it again.
Saved reports can be accessed from the Custom Reports on the left sidebar.

Subscribe to Email Updates: Subscribe to email updates to receive the latest


information. To view or edit a subscription, click Report Subscriptions on the left
sidebar.

Export the Report Data: Export the report data to a PDF or an Excel
spreadsheet.

Print the Report: Print a report to get a physical copy of the data.

Change the View: If applicable, change the view to see the report for your entire
program, your team, or your team and below.

Add/Remove from Dashboard & KPI: Add or remove report data from
displaying on the Dashboard and KPI pages.
