Logistics / Supply Chain Management: Monitor flow/movement of procured
items including raw material, consumables and finished goods. Handle logistics
functions; negotiate with transporters to reach the site in time.

Responsibilities:

Handling of entire Stores & dispatch function and heading the dept.
Material planning and preparing the purchase requisition.
Maintaining the minimum and maximum stock level & Maintaining 0% of
breakdown due to Unavailability of stock.
Receipts and issues of materials like Steel, Cement, Bitumen, Aggregates, Sand
etc,
Material handling, storage and preservation.

Co-ordination with Quality dept. for inspection of incoming materials.

Responsible for In-ward and Out-ward Transportation.
Stock verification by using perpetual inventory system.
Dispatch of Finished goods.
Review of stock obsolescence materials(Non-moving & slow moving)
Accounting the receipts and issues and generating the reports.
Store reconciliation & making physical verifications by regular intervals.
Scrap accounting and sale of scrap.
Maintaining Register of Fixed Assets.
Support top management by preparing necessary MIS Reports.
