EX-PARTE MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME

TO FILE DEFEENDANTS-APPELLANTS BRIEF

COME NOW, DEFENDANTS-APPELLANTS through undersigned

counsel and unto this Honorable Court of Appeals most respectfully state
that:

1. The Honorable Court of Appeals issued an order dated 26 April

2017 which was received by Defendants-Appellants on 12 May
2017, requiring Defendants-Appellants to file their Appellants Brief
within forty five (45) days from notice thereof. Thus, Defendants-
Appellants have until 26 June 2017 within which to file the same.

2. However, considering that Defendants-Appellants have just

recently engaged the services of the undersigned counsel,
undersigned needs more time to study the case, gather records in
order to defend his clients cause. The undersigned anticipates that
he will not be able to finish said Defendants-Appellants Brief within
the period provided. Hence, he is constrained to ask for an
extension of twenty (20) days from today or until __ July 2017
within which to file and submit Defendants-Appellants Brief.
3. In view thereof, undersigned most respectfully manifests sincerity
and veracity in the relief prayed for herein and that the same is not
in any way intended to delay the proceedings hereof.

PRAYER
WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed of this Honorable Court
that Defendants-Appellants be given an additional period of twenty (20)
days from today or until __ July 2017 within which to file and submit
Defendants-Appellants Brief.
Defendants-Appellants pray for such other reliefs as may be just and
equitable in the premises.
