beyond what is right before us. They dare us to view life in new ways and in
a different lens.
Filipinos are known to be artistic, but they lack the necessary training and
exposure to cultivate the artistic nature in them. For this purpose, a school
for arts and culture is envisioned to pave the way for Filipinos to tap this
innate skill. To encourage the new generation to take interest in arts and
culture, a museum is also planned to showcase the works of these talented
students. Objectives of the school are:
To provide the right environment that will spawn imagination, creative
thinking, inspiration and vision.
To be a premier breeding ground that will continually produce high-
caliber artists, thinkers and intellectuals.
Problem Statement
Live up to the maxim NO SOIL IS BARREN, ONLY BARREN
MINDS.

Initial enrolment is seen to be 300 students broken down into the three (3)
branches of the arts:
Visual arts
Performing arts
Literary arts

Annual net growth is projected to be 7.50 percent.
