San Diego Adventure
We had an amazing time helping to
lead the San Diego Adventure (SDA)
Cru Summer Mission. Throughout the
ten days of SDA, students received
training on how to share their faith
and on topics such as living the Spirit-
filled life and eternal security. They
also experienced different avenues of
ministry including college campus
evangelism, beach evangelism, social
media evangelism, and an outreach to
the homeless.
A year ago I was convinced I was an
atheist, said Jolie, a sophomore at
Ball State in Indiana. This past year,
Jolie experienced Christianity through
the Cru weekly meeting on her
campus, a small group Bible study
and authentic community. Jolie
accepted Christ in February 2017 and
a week later applied for SDA. During
SDA, I learned that with evangelism it
can be difficult when people say no
but God introduced me to people
24 students and 13 Cru staff
attended the SDA Summer
Mission this June.
Thank you for going with us to San Diego through prayer and finances. Your
support helped equip us to plant seeds for the Gospel across the San Diego
community and helped students grow in their walks with the Lord as they strive
to be lifelong laborers for Christ!
