SUBJECT: Plastic Gears used on Master Tension Plate movement.

Brief:
The plastic gears used for the movement of the Master Tension Plate were changed in their material.
Originally these plastic gears required special plastic gear grease lubrication. The plastic material is now
changed to an oiless type, requiring no lubrication. (Last 3 digits of the parts numbers are changed.)
In omitting the lubrication, all of these gears need to be replaced to the new ones on a machine.
Reason:
The grease on these plastic gears caused paper dust to stick and accumulate on the teeth of the gears.
Accumulated paper dust on the gear teeth caused the gears to lock, and prevented smooth movement of the
Master Tension Plate, causing [E 15] Master Tension Plate Lock display, or master cut malfunction.
