Institute .We undertake that as and when the applicant is transferred, Bank will be informed well in time before he
is relieved to new place of posting and next drawing and disbursing authority of the applicant will be informed
about his bank liability, if any at that time. Again, it is also undertaken that the request of the applicant or
remittance of his salary account to some other account or any other business Unit ,other than mentioned
hereinabove shall not be undertaken at any cost during the currency of loan at your Business Unit unless a written
permission or NDC is granted by your Business Unit to this effect. On our recommendations, you are requested
to kindly accede to the request of the applicant and sanction a loan facility as requested for.

Letter of Confirmation

Dear Sir,

Consequent upon the sanction of loan facility in favour of Mr.____________________________ working as

____________________________ in our department having executed loan agreement dated:________________
with you in consideration of credit facility of Rs._____________
(Rupees_________________________________________ under Soholiat/Saral/Consumer/Car/Housing
Loan(General Public) sanctioned by your Bank in his favour,I the undersigned do hereby confirm that;
1. The monthly installment of Rs._____________(Rupees_______________________________) shall be
deducted from the salary of the above mentioned employee and remitted to you for crediting to his loan
account and shall not be discontinued until permitted by you
OR
The monthly salary of the above mentioned employee shall be released/remitted through your Business
unit for payment to him and not discontinued with prior permission .
2. In case of transfer or promotion of the above mentioned employee a copy of the this letter shall be
forwarded to his new place of posting/drawing and disbursing authority under an intimation to you.
3. In case the said employee ceases to be an employee while any portion of the said loan remains
outstanding against him then am amount equivalent to the balance outstanding shall be deducted from
his terminal benefits and remitted to your Business unit for adjustment of his loan .
