desenhos, aquarelas e esculturas, escritos em agendas e correspondncias e objetos do artista;

temas, tcnicas, estilos e tendncias convencionais.

da mostra a escultura a quatro a mos How to rebuild at least one eighth part of the world

Moderna de So Paulo.
mostras do pas. Enumero essas exposies realizadas em duas importantes instituies

So eles a espiral, a biruta, o globo

Eu vejo a distncia. Eu vejo os perigos. Eu vejo os outros
gritando. Eu vejo um. Eu vejo o outro.
Subjetivamente,
sobre pode ser entendido como o que porta o amor, o que ama e est sobre tudo positivamente;
humana e deu o ttulo exposio.
do papel. O homenzinho est a se equilibrar. Encontra-se em uma situao limite. Qualquer
distante, carrega muitos significados.
Ambas so atitudes poderosas,

nmeros, colees, smbolos, repeties.
As
No so
o tempo. So tambm corpos vivos nesse vaivm sobre as paredes quando expostas. O aspecto

pginas certa melancolia ciclotmica.

para So Joo Batista.

aproximao e a seduo do pblico.
E para dar conta dessa produo, so
a logstica.
artistas, dentre eles o alemo Albert Hien.
So otimistas nesse trabalho.12

constituam essas duas produes artsticas.
How to rebuild at least one eighth part of the world. Ambas expressam o sentimento positivo
realizados a quatro mos.

desenhos, pinturas, esculturas e bordados.
Traz inscrito a
A origem
enumerar, registrar, catalogar e colecionar.

descontinuidade.4 Seus traos constitutivos so, portanto, paradoxais: no obstante tenha um

presente a instncia temporal privilegiada.

abismos, veias e artrias entrecruzadas.

intervenes, objetos etc.
2 MORAIS, Frederico. Cede o desenhista, cresce o pintor. In: O Globo, Rio de Janeiro, 20/03/1985.
as intervenes e a arte conceitual regiam toda a dinmica artstica do perodo.
adquirindo 15 desenhos, queria contratar-me, mas deu aquela saudade do Brasil.3

Leonilson, Leda Catunda, Luiz Zerbini, Srgio Romagnolo, Mnica Nador, Beatriz Milhazes, Ana
Alis, no vero

No texto Papai

No

O Brasil tambm lhe interessa e
seus destinos so vrios.

No Brasil, a democracia
13 SONTAG, Susan. Doena como metfora. Aids e suas metforas. So Paulo: Companhia das Letras, 2007, p. 90.
Nesse panorama,

un archive) o sentido de arquivo, seu nico sentido, vem para ele do arkheioon grego;
presente e do passado, onde o novo e o velho habitam a mesma dinmica: o exerccio do
saber, da busca, do encontro, da vida.

Leonilson atravs desses mecanismos citados deixa vestgios, marcas do seu trajeto, tanto

Porm seduzir no somente acalantar e mostrar
do outro lugar.
