1. That I am naturalized citizen of the Philippines by virtue of a final decision of the RTC Imus
Branch on February, 25 1990 ;

2. That a certified copy of my certificate of naturalization is hereto attached as Annex A;

3. That I am qualified to acquire and hold public and private lands in the Philippines.

4. That I am executing this affidavit in all good faith and to attest the truth of the foregoing facts.
