adiantando muito o trabalho e tive que refazer boa parte dele depois. Isso me ensinou

encontrei.

Sell Your Skills Better by Tailoring Your Pitch to The Listener's Needs
As writer James Greig points out, all too often pitches are centered around the Me of a
product or personThe first iPod wasnt marketed as a 5GB MP3 player (boring/techy)
but as 1,000 songs in your pocket (wow/thats cool).
The more you can emphasize how you solve a legitimate (as opposed to invented)
problem for your customer, the more likely you can sell them on it.
The Right Way to Answer What Should I Know Thats Not on Your Resume?
First, you can discuss one of your positive traits. Think: your creativity, your enthusiasm,
your tenacity, your dedication, the one word that makes you you.
4 Mistakes Not to Make When Answering "Why Are You Interested in This Position?"
The reason for that is because your answer says a lot about all of the most important
things the interviewer will be evaluating: your skills, your cultural fit, and your
interest. Why are you interested in this position? with something about being passionate
about programming, writing, or some other skill with no mention at all about the actual
company, its immediately a red flag.
Since being slow to respond was a dead giveaway of nerves, the researchers recommend
that interviewees extensively prepare for interviews in advance to lessen prolonged
silences following questions and provide more details in their responses.
Pick the Right Story
All these "Tell me about a time when" questions require stories. As a hiring manager, it's
incredibly unsatisfying to interview someone who has no stories to share.
Instead, try connecting the story back to the company or position. Quickly explaining how
your experience would be useful in the position you're interviewing for
More
When youre presented with a complicated question like this, dont be afraid to answer it
with more questions. What the interviewer is really looking for is that you can think
through the information youll need to reach a solution, and then ask for itor explain
how youd seek it outin a structured, logical way.
Teamwork
For questions like these, you want a story that illustrates your ability to work with others
under challenging circumstances. Think team conflict, difficult project constraints, or
clashing personalities.
Talk about a time when you had to work closely with someone whose personality was
very different from yours.
Give me an example of a time you faced a conflict while working on a team. How did you
handle that?
Describe a time when you struggled to build a relationship with someone important. How
did you eventually overcome that?
We all make mistakes we wish we could take back. Tell me about a time you wish youd
handled a situation differently with a colleague.
Tell me about a time you needed to get information from someone who wasnt very
responsive. What did you do?
Describe a time when it was especially important to make a good impression on a client.
How did you go about doing so?
Give me an example of a time when you did not meet a clients expectation. What
happened, and how did you attempt to rectify the situation?
Tell me about a time when you made sure a customer was pleased with your service.
Describe a time when you had to interact with a difficult client. What was the situation,
and how did you handle it?
When youre working with a large number of customers, its tricky to deliver excellent
service to them all. How do you go about prioritizing your customers needs?
Ability to Adapt
Times of turmoil are finally good for something! Think of a recent work crisis you
successfully navigated. Even if your navigation didnt feel successful at the time, find a
lesson or silver lining you took from the situation.
Tell me about a time you were under a lot of pressure. What was going on, and how did
you get through it?
Describe a time when your team or company was undergoing some change. How did that
impact you, and how did you adapt?
Tell me about the first job youve ever had. What did you do to learn the ropes?
Give me an example of a time when you had to think on your feet in order to delicately
extricate yourself from a difficult or awkward situation.
Tell me about a time you failed. How did you deal with this situation?
Tell me about a time you had to be very strategic in order to meet all your top priorities.
Describe a long-term project that you managed. How did you keep everything moving
along in a timely manner?
Sometimes its just not possible to get everything on your to-do list done. Tell me about a
time your responsibilities got a little overwhelming. What did you do?
Tell me about a time you set a goal for yourself. How did you go about ensuring that you
would meet your objective?
Give me an example of a time you managed numerous responsibilities. How did you
handle that?
Give me an example of a time when you were able to successfully persuade someone to see
things your way at work.
Describe a time when you were the resident technical expert. What did you do to make
sure everyone was able to understand you?
Tell me about a time when you had to rely on written communication to get your ideas
across to your team.
Give me an example of a time when you had to explain something fairly complex to a
frustrated client. How did you handle this delicate situation?
Tell me about a successful presentation you gave and why you think it was a hit.
Tell me about your proudest professional accomplishment.
Describe a time when you saw some problem and took the initiative to correct it rather
than waiting for someone else to do it.
Tell me about a time when you worked under close supervision or extremely loose
supervision. How did you handle that?
Give me an example of a time you were able to be creative with your work. What was
exciting or difficult about it?
Tell me about a time you were dissatisfied in your work. What could have been done to
make it better?
7. What are the biggest challenges that someone in this position would face?
20. What metrics or goals will my performance be evaluated against?
I want to work at a company that is committed to making the world a better place. Thats
my number one criteria for accepting a positionthats why I want to work here.
[My mentor once said to me] + [weave in one of the companys core values] = [that's why I

4 Super-Common Interview Questionsand 4 Super-Memorable Ways to Answer Them

supermemorable-ways-to-answer-them
use specifics. Tell a story about a time you pushed forward to get results. And dont just
stop there: Mention any negative impacts of your actions and the lessons you learned from
them. It makes your story more realwhich means your interviewer wont feel like youre
just telling her what she wants to hear.
1. Can you tell me a little about yourself?
This question seems simple, so many people fail to prepare for it, but it's crucial. Here's
the deal: Don't give your complete employment (or personal) history. Instead give a
pitchone thats concise and compelling and that shows exactly why youre the right fit
for the job. Start off with the 2-3 specific accomplishments or experiences that you most
want the interviewer to know about, then wrap up talking about how that prior
experience has positioned you for this specific role.

9. Tell me about a challenge or conflict you've faced at work, and how you dealt with it.
In asking this question, your interviewer wants to get a sense of how you will respond to
conflict. Anyone can seem nice and pleasant in a job interview, but what will happen if
youre hired and Gladys in Compliance starts getting in your face? says Skillings. Again,
you'll want to use the S-T-A-R method, being sure to focus on how you handled the
situation professionally and productively, and ideally closing with a happy ending, like
how you came to a resolution or compromise.

19. What's a time you disagreed with a decision that was made at work?
Everyone disagrees with the boss from time to time, but in asking this question, hiring
managers want to know that you can do so in a productive, professional way. You dont
want to tell the story about the time when you disagreed but your boss was being a jerk
and you just gave in to keep the peace. And you dont want to tell the one where you
realized you were wrong, says Peggy McKee of Career Confidential. Tell the one where
your actions made a positive difference on the outcome of the situation, whether it was a
work-related outcome or a more effective and productive working relationship.
24. What would your first 30, 60, or 90 days look like in this role?
Start by explaining what you'd need to do to get ramped up. What information would you
need? What parts of the company would you need to familiarize yourself with? What other
employees would you want to sit down with? Next, choose a couple of areas where you
think you can make meaningful contributions right away. (e.g., I think a great starter
project would be diving into your email marketing campaigns and setting up a tracking
system for them.) Sure, if you get the job, you (or your new employer) might decide
theres a better starting place, but having an answer prepared will show the interviewer
where you can add immediate impactand that youre excited to get started.

27. If you were an animal, which one would you want to be?
Seemingly random personality-test type questions like these come up in interviews
generally because hiring managers want to see how you can think on your feet. There's no
wrong answer here, but you'll immediately gain bonus points if your answer helps you
share your strengths or personality or connect with the hiring manager. Pro tip: Come up
with a stalling tactic to buy yourself some thinking time, such as saying, Now, that is a
great question. I think I would have to say
28. How many tennis balls can you fit into a limousine?
1,000? 10,000? 100,000? Seriously?
Well, seriously, you might get asked brainteaser questions like these, especially in
quantitative jobs. But remember that the interviewer doesnt necessarily want an exact
numberhe wants to make sure that you understand whats being asked of you, and that
you can set into motion a systematic and logical way to respond. So, just take a deep
breath, and start thinking through the math. (Yes, its OK to ask for a pen and paper!)
tart by estimating the cubic inches of a limo and the volume of a tennis ball (also in cubic
inches). Pretend the limo is a box to simplify things for yourself, and just make a note out
loud that youre approximating. Divide one into the other, make allowances for the seats in
the limo, and move from there. Even if you dont know the exact measurements, the real
goal is to impress your potential employers with your ability to get to the heart of the
problem quickly and with purpose.
3. How much should you charge to wash all the windows in Montana?
Yes, this question is especially broadbut you could get around that by naming what you
consider to be a fair price per window rather trying to figure out the number of windows
in the area. Talk it out. You both know that theres not enough information to get a
completely accurate answer, so relax and see where your mind goes.
