Assignment Details
You are required to select any country (extra points would be given for choosing non-mainstream countries unlike India,
China, US or UK). After choosing the country, the following analysis needs to be done under the following headers:

1. Analysis of the country (Max 2 slides)

a. Background of the country
b. Economic Overview (GDP, Major Imports and Exports commodities & destinations, Major Trade blocs of
which it is part of, Major Trade Agreements of that country, etc.)
c. Trade Policy Overview (Historical Trade Relationships, Foreign Trade Policy Outlook, etc.)

2. Identify any two Trade related problems faced by the country (Max 2 slides)
(Example Indias exports in IT sector is reducing or Indias imports of solar equipment is increasing, etc.)
a. Problem Definition
b. Overview of the sector in focus
c. Reason for the problem
d. Impact of the problem on the economy

3. Give concise solutions to these problems (Max 2 slides)

- Every proposed solution should be backed by proper data or charts
- The proposed solution should be in line with the current global situation and should be sustainable in the
long run.
