Job Description and Responsibilities:


Responsibility for planning, organizing, leading and supervising the training department at
a strategic level.
Supervising all training courses provided by United ATS.
Publish, amend and revise United ATS Training Manual.
Develop, publish and revise training programs and strategies.
Ensure that all Instructors are qualified and up to standard for their assigned tasks, and are certified
and approved by ECAA or their state authority.
Develop and maintain all the forms required for the training process.
Assure that an adequate number of instructors for all training activities are available to cover United
ATS training needs.
Make recommendations to the GM in terms of appointments, promotions, demotions,
dismissals and any other disciplinary.
Closely co-ordinate with ECAA on all ECARs Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) as they apply
to their areas of responsibility.
Monitor and verify the adherence to training standards and standardization among the
instructors.
Liaise with other management personnel, departments in their areas of responsibility.
Identifies staff development and training needs and ensures that training is obtained.
Ensures compliance with the requirements of ECARs, applicable regulation and company
standards.
2. Training Specialist August 2013 - February 2014

Job Description and Responsibilities:


Assessing training needs through using Surveys, Questionnaires, and interviewing the trainees,
training managers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
Preparing and submitting training plans as requested, including training schedules or calendars
and log of tasks completed.
Designing, developing, organizing and delivering training programs for UATS customers.
Creating timelines and work plans for each event, as directed by the training director.
Creating and organizing training materials including participant binders and handouts, name
tags, table tents, signage, etc. Also developing marketing materials for events as appropriate.
Selecting and assigning instructors to conduct trainings.
Managing and updating database of experts to be used in training programs.
Reviewing the development of training procedures, learning modules and other training aids.
Monitoring, evaluating and recording training activities and program effectiveness.
