Narrative Report:

The first attempt of the home room PTA meeting was scheduled on February 03, 2016 did

not succeed for reasons due to lack of attendees during the announcement of the meeting. Since

last Thursday, February 02, 2016. For reasons that majority of the students attended the wake of

the deceased grandmother of Kim Ashley Lerios at Brgy. San Roque, Tolosa, Leyte with the

permission from the office of the principal.

In this regard as the section adviser, I asked the office the principal for best solution to

carry out the agenda of the meeting. As per advice by our principal, I advised the students to inform

their parents to come here to school during their free time starting Monday, February 6, 2017 they

can come and meet me at my homeroom. Attached here are some pictures and a copy of the

attendance of the first meeting.

Second attempt meeting was set February 10, 2017 with the same agenda as last week. The

meeting started at 10:00 in the morning and lasted for about 1 hour and 30 minutes to discuss the

agenda of the said activity. This time parents were more responsive and have gained greater

attendance than last time. During the meeting students grades were discussed as well as the

pertinent papers were discussed regarding its importance. Pending requests for Form 137 from

transfer students who have finished their junior high school in other schools were followed up

regarding its status. Students that has no PSA issued certificate live birth were also discussed

during the meeting. Parents were also informed regard the clean-up drive at Brgy. Canramos,

Tanauan, Leyte, that will happen on the afternoon of February 10.

 The overall attendance of parents and guardians who were able to attend the said meeting

was 20 out of 40 participants. Other parents have communicated to me thru text that they cannot

come for they have work and other matters to attend to but promised to come here and visit our

school to check the status of their children.
