Objectives - Students will be able to describe

the process of voting
- Students will be able to justify
why voting is important
Procedures - TTW hold an open class
discussion about what the
students know about voting;
TSW raise their hands.
- TTW direct students to open
directed browsing activity; TSW
have 20 minutes
- TSW get together with shoulder
partner and discuss what they
found for 5 minutes
- TTW present PhotoPeach slide
show with exit ticket
- TSW will complete exit tickets
and hand to teacher as they
leave the classroom

Teacher Technology Activity TTW present a presentation explaining

processes of voting and why it is
important with the PhotoPeach App.
With this app, the teacher will also give
a quick exit tickets to the students.

Student Created Technology Activity TSW have a provided webquest activity

to complete on their own devices. TTW
demonstrate the webquest.
Materials needed Laptops/Ipads; smartboard/projector;
paper; pen
