Report in Civil Case No. 35-4096 and Civil Case No. 3556, both entitled
Isabela 1 Electric Cooperative, Inc, duly represented by Leizza M.
Niguidula versus The City Government of Santiago,rep. by Engr. Joseph
S. Tan, in his capacity as the City Mayor,et.al., Branch 35, Regional
Trial Court, Santiago City and Branch 19, Regional Trial Court, Cauayan
City, Isabela respectively.

Both counsels of the parties appeared in the scheduled pre-trial

conference of this case on 8 May 2017.An order was issued by the Judge
for the continuation of the pre-trial conference on July 10, 2017.

Civil Case No. 3556

Counsel for the complainant appeared before the RTC Branch 20

for the pre trial conference on 26 May 2017 but the counsel for the
respondent(s) failed to appear.
Continuation of hearing was set on 6 July 2017.

In connection with this and pursuant to our engagement contract

relative to these cases, I am now billing you of my appearance fee in all
these cases. My Billing Statement and the corresponding Certificate of
Appearance are hereto attached for you reference.
