DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY OF SALAS COUNCIL
Approved in Extraordinary session, the report presented by the
Accountant of the District Municipality of Salas;
WHEREAS:
The Annual report, financial and budgetary statements
corresponding to Fiscal year 2012 that have been prepared, following the guidelines
given in directive No. 003-2012-EF / 51.01 Accounting Closing and Presentation of
information for the preparation of the general account of The Republic approved by
Directorial Resolution N 017-2012-EF / 51.01 and regulated by the general direction
of public accounting;
That in accordance with the provisions of Article 54 of Organic
Law of Municipalities 27972 and the hasty rules in which the timeline for the
presentation of said document is established, reason why it is necessary to strictly
comply with The legal provisions in question;
For the reasons stated and in use of the attributions conferred in
Article 9 of the Organic Law of Municipalities, Law No. 27972, with the unanimous
approval of the Regidores and with the waiver of the procedure for approval of
Minutes;
AGREES:
Article First. - APPROVE the Annual Report, Financial and
Budgetary Statements for fiscal year 2012 of the District Municipality of Salas, which
are attached and form an integral part of this agreement.

Article Second. - Make available the referral of the

documentation set out in the article first to the national public accounting
management.

Article Third. - To instruct the General Secretariat to comply with

this agreement.
