RESUMEN
Marco de la Globalizacin.
ABSTRACT
The work intends to analyze theoretically the corporate social responsibility (CSR)
as a competitiveness strategy. The objectives are intended to review the
implementation of social responsibility in the context of globalization, exploring
whether your application responds to the intention of the company to be a socially
responsible business or a strategy for competitiveness. The methodology
consisted of a literature review, which allowed to take a position on the subject.
The results show that, in the global market companies are beginning to adopt CSR
as part of their business, strategies to the need to integrate communities to create
a healthy environment to operate competitively. It is concluded, CSR has been
implementing a strategy of advantage in the short term and permanence of the
company in the market, strategy masked on the social commitment to society.
