Mr. Rajiv Rajvanshi
(Whole Time Director, JSCMS)
A Post-Graduate in Business Management, Mr. Rajiv Rajvanshi comes
with rich and wide spectrum of International Business experience in the
fields of Finance, Systems, Costing & Budgeting, Procurement, New
Venture Planning and Mergers & Acquisitions. He has been associated
with Jindal Stainless for over 17 years now. During his tenure with Jindal
Stainless, he has also served as Finance & System Controller at
Companys Stainless Steel Cold Rolling manufacturing facility in USA for
four years. Prior to joining Jindal Stainless, he was associated with
Singhanias JK Group. During his illustrious career spanning 30 years,
he has assumed diverse roles and responsibilities. He has been associated
with Jindal Stainless since June, 1999.

Mr. S K Jain
(Director, JSCMS)
Mr. S K Jain is the Director & Unit Head of Jindal Stainless (Hisar)
Limited. A Post graduate in Personnel Management & Industrial relations
from XISS, Mr. Jain has over 30 years of rich experience in the field of
Managing Business & Human Resources Function. He started his career
with Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd (BHEL) in the year 1983 and moved to
Jindal Stainless in the year 1991. Having spent more than 25 years in
Human Resources profession, he has moved into a Business role in April
2010. In addition to his business responsibilities, Mr. Jain has been
actively associated with Education, Health care and CSR activities in
Jindal stainless.

Mr. Amitabh Akhauri

(Sr. V.P. Human Resources, JSCMS)
A Post Graduate in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from
XISS Ranchi and a Law graduate from Magadh University, Mr. Amitabh
Akhauri comes with 28 years of rich and varied experience, out of which
over 16 years has been with Tata Steel. Prior to joining Jindal Stainless, he
was associated with Jaiprakash Associates Limited as Senior Vice
President (Corporate HR), heading the Cement, Fertilizer and Edible Oil
Divisions. He has been associated with Jindal Stainless since July, 2013.
 Mr. Vijay Sharma
(V.P. Sales & Marketing, JSCMS)
Mr. Vijay Sharma is an Engineering Graduate from PEC, Chandigarh, and
an MBA from FMS. In addition, he has also done various specializations
from Institutes like; YMCA, IIFT & IIM (A). He has more than 30 Years
of Domestic & International professional experience in Sales, Marketing,
Distribution, Brand Awareness, Product Development, Product Strategy
and P & L Management. Previously he has worked with Escorts Group and
Yamaha Motors. He has been associated with Jindal Stainless Group since
Nov. 2000.

Mr. R Ganesh
(Director, Sourcing, JSCMS)
Mr. R Ganesh is a Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered
Accountants of India (ICAI). He has been associated with Jindal Stainless
since October 2007. He is having an illustrious career spanning 29 years,
encompassing various commercial functions in Carbon Steel and Stainless
Steel companies. Prior to joining Jindal Stainless, he was the Director-
Commercial with Global Steel, Philippines and a President (Sourcing &
Supply Chain) with Ispat Industries. During his stint in the Company, he
had worked in the areas of Sourcing, Operations and Logistics. He is also
Council member of International Chrome Development Association
(ICDA) and a member of Indian Ferro Alloys Producers Association
(IFAPA).
