JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF CONSENT

I, LOURDES TUGAHAN, of legal age, Filipino, with residence and postal

address at Cadawinonan, Dumaguete City, Philippines, having been duly
sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and state that:

1. I am the owner of a portion of the parcel of land located at Brgy.

Junob, Dumaguete City, with Lot No. 3678-E and covered by
Transfer Certificate of Title no. 4828.

2. I have acquired the said property by virtue of a Deed of Absolute

Sale of a Portion of Real Property executed on August 10, 2006;

3. I hereby signify my written consent, freely, willingly and voluntarily

to allow Gresil M. Tugahan to build her residential house on a
portion of the said parcel of land and, consequently, have an
electric connection on her house;

4. I am executing this affidavit to attest the truth of the foregoing facts

as to our undertaking to give consent to GRESIL M. TUGAHAN to
support his application for Electrification Permit.
