What is CCET?
The Center for Continuous Electoral Training(CCET) is the only organisation in the region
specialised in training and accreditation of the electoral ofcials. In the last two years, the CCET
team have had the privilege to share their experience with colleagues from Romania, Ukraine,
Albania, Belarus and Turkey.

Each training module implies
evaluation of the participants. In the
end, each participant is included in
the Register of Electoral Ofcials
(REO). The database is an highly
useful tool to keep the track of each
participant regarding their performance,
experience, needs assessment,
personal data. Likewise, it offers the
CEC a valuable information when it the
CEC, DEC or PEB has to nominate
somebody to the job during electoral
period. The CCET uses this database
to keep them informed about their
activities.
What do we do, if we
have the full agenda?
We created an on-line training platform,
which is interactive and extremely
simple to administer. Accessing the
e-learning at the CCET site, one can
select the mode one need and benet
from the training course. Finally, the
participant will be subject to an on-line
test, and as a result of a successful
passing of the test the participant will
be automatically included into the
Register of Electoral Ofcials.
Although, it is my rst time at the seminar about Elections, I am extremely
happy to attend it. I have witnessed a training where modern interactive
educational technologies have been used. After this seminar I will personally
try to contribute to ensuring a more favourable environment for fair
organisation of elections in my locality.
